Went to grab a trolly suitable for baby and tolder to find none available, i ask a member of staff if it was possible for someone to give me a hand to collect my order as I’m unable to use a trolly suitable for my 6 month old baby and 2 year old. This member of staff said it was fine some one would give me a hand no problem.. so I had a browse around the store and then went to the click and collect department the customer service was non exsistent.. the girl could see I had my hands full with my 3 children and i explained that a member of staff said they would be able to help assist me with my order to my car and she just stared at me blankly for around 10 seconds in which i asked is anyone available to help baring in mine there was two members of staff floating around this area at this time and she proceeded to ask me if i knew which member of staff it was ? She was so unhelpful almost painful infact to the point i said it’s ok il run and put my children in the car and grab the items myself. When i returned back she was serving another customer so i grabbed my things and she asked if i needed help taking them to the car ?????? After id taken my children.. to then another member of staff shouted to me there’s a trolley there??? I needed help when i had my hands full with my children not once id put them back in the car… luckily the child bay was right outside the store! But yes overall wouldn’t recommend single parents with young kids to this store. P.s on my way out i noticed two trolleys suitable for babies and folder kept inside the store.. if only the first member of staff had mentioned this then my experience would have been 100% nicer!

The same very smiley & helpful gentleman helped me get these to my car & this time I asked for his name. MARTIN you are a real star ⭐ & a total credit to Homebase!
As a deaf, disabled customer who generally avoids shopping in person staff like Martin really do make all the difference.
The service was good but the bin we collected was quite badly scratched. We only noticed when we got back to the car. Couldn't be bothered going back in to complain. Disappointed.

The click and collect staff member, Ann, sorted out a problem very politely and without any fuss.
The price for the paint I wanted was on offer, so got it at a good price. Ordered online and message received really quickly from Homebase confirming order was ready to collect. Collection was easy so really pleased with my experience overall.
Can't get someone else to pick up my order. Proof of ID over the top.
Other stores accept online receipt as adequate proof.

Product was available for collection very quickly and at a great price due to sale. The young woman at collection point was helpful and friendly with a nice sense of humour. Only downside was I needed the bathroom after driving 20 miles and there wasn’t one. Directed to Sainsbury’s! Another oddity was that even though all 11 items were from same range and in stock only 3 were available for home delivery. That’s why I had to pick up. Forgot to ask why.

Ordered and payed for an item online. It said 5 in stock at selected store. Received a message to say arrived in store and the item was ready to collect. Not long after I received a phone call to say the stock take had been done incorrectly and there was only one item in store- this had been on the shelf and was damaged. Bit disappointing.

Very organised and delivery was first rate. Hauliers could not have been any better very courteous and helpful.

On a cold wet miserable day I was served by Daisy who had the biggest smile and welcoming vibe. I found everything I needed in store but she was the standout for me.
I bought a storage box Keter 120 lt and wanted it delivered to me this was Sunday January 14th they said it would be delivered on the January 19th today is the 23rd and still not got it so I had to call them to find out were it is and they said it’s being delivered on January 26th that’s 12 days from when I bought it were is this 5 days coming from ridiculous I have a mobility scooter and wanted it for that had to buy a cover more expense for it whilst I wait for parcel to come .. got a reply what good is that saying I’ve been in contact with customer services and sorry for what nothing Mark was brilliant by the way as far as the reply stick it
