No hesitation in providing a refund
I bought a dehumidifier at a very good price, for an elderly friend. When I took it round and unpacked it I realized that she wasn't going to be able to use it because she would be able to get down to empty it. Returned it to the store. The staff were very understanding and made no fuss whatsoever about providing me with a refund. Very good customer service.
