Very helpful staff.
I wanted padlocks,and the assistant took me straight to them,which obviously very helpful,he stayed with me to buy the correct one.I also had an order to picked up that was ready for me.Excellent service

Incomplete order at collection …
Only half of my order was ready making me waste a lot of time. I should have received a notification once all of my order was ready to collect not partially.
I tried to call ahead 3 times where nobody was able to answer the phone in store. On arrival nobody was at customer services and the colleagues seemed bothered by me requesting somebody to help me. God forbid you have to talk to customers!!!
