Friendly and helpful
All staff are friendly and helpful.
I would like to express a special thank you to Ben who saw that I was going to be struggling with my purchase. Ben instantly offered assistance loading my trolley then offered to take my purchases to my car and load them. He was aware, friendly, helpful and honest as I offered him a tip which he said he wasn't allowed to take and didn’t.
Aware-friendly-helpful-honest - you have a gem look after him.

Tidy shop, friendly staff and great products
I visited Homebase in Ledbury with my friend today. Shop was clean and tidy, staff was friendly and helpful. They stock some really lovely Xmas decorations. We'll be back!

Kitchen order from Jan in Ledbury store.
Jan from Ledbury was brilliant at sorting everything for my first kitchen, she designed exactly what I was looking for. Very very happy.
Such a shame the store is due to close.

The staff were so helpful and friendly
The staff were so helpful and friendly. I loved my visit at Ledbury homebase and I will return again soon. Its brilliant for quality bird seed, plants and garden lights. I recieved very good customer service from Sharon and Paul. Thank you.

Great Service From Jan!
Served by Jan in kitchens dept. Jan was friendly and efficient, and genuinely seemed to want what was best for my situation. Kitchen plans fell through, sadly, but I wanted to make sure she gets the credit she deserves. Will definitely be back to see her when things move ahead again.
