Homebase - Orpington Opiniones 

Now I know Homebase is not the cheapest option around, but when needs must, went in for a pack of 13amp fuses as my plug has just blown at home and now when looking to do my accounts I realised I have been charged twice. Bit late in the day as I purchased the item a month ago but still worthwhile bringing it to anyone attention who may read this review

The cashier was very good and carried my chair to the car. A very smooth experience.

We went to purchase an outback BBQ at the Orpington branch but they didn't have any in stock. The store manager and assistant were incredibly helpful and contacted another store to see if they had any. A colleague at the other store even delivered the BBQ personally on his way home from work the same day! We were able to put the BBQ together for our family party the same weekend. Fantastic service, thank you so much for going above and beyond.

After visiting WREN for a new kitchen quote and being rather bamboozled with figures, discounts and deadlines to qualify 😬 we trotted off to HOMEBASE in Sevenoaks Way Orpington . After having a good look round at their ample designs and kitchen fittings we were approached by BRIGITTE a sales team member . She was absolutely amazing ,she spent hours with myself going through designs and advising along the way . Brigitte is a very knowledgeable , personable kitchen design specialist and I was blown away by her dedication to see an order through from customer browsing to eventually even assisting our fitter over the phone when he needed advice on installing. Brigitte kept me informed of production dates and delivery regularly and was always on hand , responding within minutes to any questions I had. Above and beyond is an understatement as I have never had that sort of experience before from After Sales and I would not hesitate to highly recommend anyone in the process of purchasing a new kitchen to visit Brigitte at Orpington branch - truly amazing and the whole process was made so much easier and less stressful knowing I had assistance at hand should we need it . My new kitchen is amazing , such high quality and attention to detail in design and I cannot thank Brigitte enough for all her advice and assistance over the last few months.
