Bought a mirror online which was delivered in several pieces by Yodel driver who literally ran after depositing it on my doorstep. I’ve only rated this review as 3 stars as the in store customer rep @ Orpington dealt with the refund without fuss and was extremely helpful.

I walked over to the click and collect and was greeted with hello how can I help you and a smile . I showed the girl my order number and she went and grabbed it off the shelf all correct great customer 😘 care I will carry on ordering items from homebase using click and collect

The product collection was poor - no assistance
The product collection was poor. Being 7 months pregnant you would think someone would offer to get someone to help me. No I had to carry out a lawnmower on my own with no help. Or assistance from anyone. To be asked when I left the store if I wanted my patio doors done.
No thank you a gentlemen to help put it in my car would suffice.

Order no. sticker damages packaging
The collect order number label stuck to the product is very difficult to remove and damages the packaging - not good when the product is a gift.
Last time will be using the service.
