I have got the confirmation the order will be ready to collect on time. When I went in store after travelling 40min drive, the staff informed me that product is not available. It was so frustrating after travelling 40min to get the item and the staff simply informed that the product is not available just and thats the system fault we can issue the refund.Had a very bad experience

All good except I was given two lots of stairs dust sheets when we should have been given one of these and 2 x larger dust sheets. Didn’t realise until we were home.

Item ordered was damaged and deformed
Item ordered was damaged and deformed, only one in stock. Staff offered a discount which was accepted. Ordered online so they could have informed me and saved me travelling a considerable distance. Also unable to supply another order even though they showed seventeen in stock!

10% disc and carried my things to my car!
I signed up for the newsletter online and got 10% discount, which made me very pleased. On collecting my order, I was even happier when the young gentleman asked to carry my things to my car. He even packed it all inside. Very impressive! Service at the tills, although busy was swift. Everyone very cheerful and polite.

Really stupid
Really stupid!
I sent my wife to pick up the order as she was passing the store.
The person that gave her the order, handed over a set of boxes with lids for a completely different product. We ordered four boxes and got five lids. Three of which are for a completely different product. Now we need to spend time and fuel going all the way back to sort this out. Not impressed.

Quick and easy
Couldn’t find the item on the shop floor but ordered online and it was ready to collect later that day. Two trips but got exactly what I needed.
