Such a miserable woman on the collection desk

Lovely patio furniture and very helpful staff at Reigate. Shame about delivery company, Shift, who we booked thru Homebase but having taken our booking and payment cancelled our delivery a day later saying they had no drivers available.

We purchased the Florence garden set from Reigate Homebase. Really please with the quality as we purchased the last one in the sale.
A big thank you to Keller, jake, James and Lewis for helping my husband fit the garden set in our Range Rover. You were so kind and professional!!! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to you guys so helpful!!!

Excellent service, quick, no fuss, easy!!

I ordered a Flymo mower online, click and collect, on Sunday and understood that it would be available for collection the next day. Got a text saying delivery partners would be in touch. Heard nothing. Phoned the store Wednesday and told my order was "pending". Emailed customer services Friday get an update. They replied within a couple of hours saying it was ready to collect! Not overly impressed with the ordering process but the staff at the store were extremely friendly and helpful.

The time between my order and the pick up time was very quick and staff were very helpful in loading bulky items in my vehicle

Went into the Reigate homebase store today and were met by very friendly helpful staff which made my shopping experience all the better as I have mental health and I can find going into places like this quite overwhelming however I felt very calm and at ease.
The manager was absolutely amazing!
Keeps the good work up!!
( purchased a garden 2 seater and a peacock canvas and a storage drawers)

I was served by a young gentlemen named Charlie today, he was extremely helpful, polite and a great asset to your team!

I ordered a Keter Store It Out Ace. I was aware it was the last one in stock but was keen to get one for storing surplus equipment.
The person serving asked someone else to bring the order out. A couple of minutes after going into the stock room he re-emerged declaring to his colleague that the packaging had fallen apart, the contents had come out everywhere and that everything was going wrong. The young lady on the checkout got the giggles and showed her immaturity even when I made it obvious that I wasn’t finding it amusing. The staff member took a trolley and came back 20 minutes later with the item piled into it. Straight away I told him that I wanted the situation noted because I didn’t want to find broken bits during assembly. The base clearly had a massive crack in it so that was swapped over for a spare one.
Early evening and I finally had time to build the small structure. It was at this point I found that the replacement base was too small and therefore the whole thing was useless. I haven’t got the time to be back and forth over something that should have been an effortless task.

I haven't collected my order. I received a text thanking me for collecting it. It wasn't me.

Exceptional value and all ready for my collection.

The order and payment process on this click and collect,was extremely easy but the collection was very poor. Waited for 10 minutes before getting my prepaid goods, with only one serving for most of that time. I left feeling a bit angry, not a great reflection on Homebase

Ordered 6 x 5 litre tins of block paving sealer on line. Then went to collect next day. It as so easy, showed them last 4 numbers of a text message then they pointed out where the trolley was waiting for me wih he 6 cans on there.

Efficient service and ready to collect same afternoon.

I received an amazing bathroom design and consultation at the Reigate Homebase. The member of staff I worked with was very knowledgeable and provided lots of options within my budget.

I've been given the wrong colour as I asked for taupe and baskets are charcoal, and I really don't have the time to change them as I needed them urgently, so they will have to do, bit disappointed ☹️

Found my order and had it brought round and loaded into my car without any issues. In snd out very quickly
