I ordered the items online to have delivered to store, the only downside was that one item came one day and the next came the next day so ment I made two journeys, would of been better if they had informed me when they had both was in stock.

Everything I needed in stock, easy to reserve and it was all ready on a trolley r me to pick up in under an hour. Easy.

Used click & collect service, Very easy to use, efficient, Great staff.

The Alba set is really simple to put together and looks fabulous. However, there were scuffs and scratches to the metal frame on unpacking.

Great price but it's a heavy item and no offer of a hand to put it in the car

Great service on line and when collecting

The chair arrived well packed and on time from no specific location. Only problem was missing bolt but Selby home base staff quickly provided the missing part. So a big thank you to them and to the warehouse staff.

Amazing 👏 service by Chris Patrisse at the Selby Homebase. He is has gone above and beyond to accommodate a tricky design for a kitchen. He is kind, professional and really cares about his customers. Can't speak highly enough of this wonderful customer service. Its a breath of fresh air.
