We were given the wrong item. We ordered a cordless lawn mower and when we opened it, it was corded. As we don't live near the homebase shop, it was a major nuisance getting it back to the shop.

The items were ready for collection, the staff most pleasant and friendly on the desk.

I was very impressed with the service from one member of staff at this branch as he helped me to my car with my heavy bags of stone and put all the stone in the car for me. He had a very pleasant demeanour.

The young guy who took my phone call prior to my click and collect visit went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got the correct item.

Homebase were fantastic. Hadn't got the strimmer I ordered on line so automatically upgraded to more powerful strimmer at no extra cost 👍

Initially I was upset that I had been able to buy a sample tile for stock that was out of stock! After what was supposed to be a complaining call I encountered Robynn and Denise at Chesterfield Road Sheffield - who went over and above - they dod not believe a colleague who said there was no stock - and followed their belief that sufficient stock was in the store-oom and subsequently found it and brought it out to me . Other stores had told me that was no stock nearer than the Wirrall . I am left with the view that some of your staff cannot be bothered to help customers and then You have staff like Robynn and Denise who cannot do enough to help - give these ladies a pay rise - I was about to NEVER buy from you again ! I mean it!!
