Click and collect service worked great
Click and collect service worked great. Ordered in evening and received a text at 6.50am the next day to say it was ready for collection. Friendly helpful staff as always.

Lovely helpful staff member and great at his job!
Staff member Ian came to help me with paint mixing at the Dulux counter. He initially said the machine was not working but none the less tried a few things and ended up fixing the machine! I asked Ian for some advice around colours ans he gave me very honest and helpful information but ultimately encouraged me to choose what felt right for me. Lovely helpful staff member and great at his job!

24 screws were missing from the…
24 screws were missing from the package. It arrived on Wednesday and I emailed Homebase customer service immediately. I have not heard back and I am unable to build my bedside table without the screws. I am very unhappy.
