I found what I was looking for and the queue was only a couple of people.

Store staff very helpful and my order was ready and waiting for me. What more could you ask for?

My order was ready to collect. Staff were so helpful.

In January . We purchased a kitchen from Homebase with the help of sales assistant Amy England . She helped us with stage and no question was trouble for her to answer We purchased the kitchen in the sale . But didn't start fitting it to now . Our kitchen fitter raised a few question and again Amy answered in friendly easy professional way . And has been more than helpful at every stage. An excellent wonderful service .

Ordered 5 granite stepping stones. When I went to collect they were clearly not what I ordered, despite the assistant claiming they were. Eventually discovered they were trying to fob me off with a completely different product. According to website they still have 58 in stock but store staff are claiming they don't have any.

Iris was a huge help today! I’m terrible with DIY stuff and she helped me find everything I was looking for! Very attentive and helpful!

I had a mixed experience. There is a new girl, Iris, who I try to avoid if possible as I’ve witnessed her bad attitude towards her colleagues on several occasions and I don’t like that sort of thing. Anyway, I wanted a bit of advice on a DIY project but everyone was extremely busy, except Iris, who always seem to be standing around. I was pressed for time so I decided to go to her. She was pleasant enough but clearly had no idea what I was talking about. I gave up and asked her to just direct me to the products I wanted to look at but she had no idea about that either! I started walking up and down the aisles and I must have looked lost as a very nice young man called Jon asked if I needed help. I believe he is also new but he had good knowledge of what I was looking for and he discussed the best options with me and then showed me where everything was. He also helped me take the items to my car as some were quite heavy. He is always busy and rushing around doing things but still takes time to help. He’s an absolute gem

Lee was such a great help to us, he helped us to find the exact bbq for our needs including bbq cover to fit a treat. A big big massive thank you to Lee - Tiverton store kind regards Sharon and Lee (the baker)

I am severely sight impaired & Amy was very patient, professional & helped me to choose the right light bathroom mirror via the Homebase website. This would have taken me hours at home.

Ordered by click and collect, was given the incorrect downpipe and guttering size.
A worker came to assist and go collect the correct items, he ambled along and came back with 1 correct item and the other incorrect, so he ambled back again and came back with the correct item.
It would of been quicker for me to not do click and collect and go to store and pick it of the shelves myself.

Served in Tiverton store yesterday a gentleman was extremely helpful with finding and sorting out everything i needed for a paint job. Very friendly chap and couldn’t do enough to help a great asset to homebase.

We visited Homebase Tiverton on Wed 3rd January for a tin of paint and came out with ideas for a new kitchen! Chatted to a very helpful and knowledgeable lady called Rachael Harris who came out to measure our kitchen on Wed 10th. From my back-of-an -envelope sketch she produced a brilliant design for our chosen Whitstable kitchen which we were delighted with. She spent all afternoon with us and explained the costs and delivery procedures very carefully. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very patient. She recommended 2 fitters and we used one of them who fitted our kitchen in March and was fantastic. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and can't praise Rachael highly enough. We had to return a couple of items which were ordered in duplicate and she sorted out our refund straight away. A brilliant service and top quality kitchen.

Had my order all ready and waiting.
I had forgotten my order number but the supervisor sorted it out in no time.
I collected 4 pots and had to change one.
Again it was sorted so politely and efficiently.
Everyone was very friendly.
Will definitely use Homebase click and collect again and next time will have a good scout around the shop too.
There’s always something here you didn’t think you needed!
