I recently ordered a glass product worth ₹2000, but what I received was not only different from the product image, but it was also damaged. To make matters worse, the return option that was initially available on the website suddenly disappeared, leaving me with no clear way to return or exchange the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support via WhatsApp, I was met with automated responses and no follow-up. The phone number provided on their website doesn't even exist!

It's shocking to discover that this isn't an isolated incident. Apparently, this is a recurring issue with @TheHomeEssentials, and several customers have reported similar experiences. They will take full payment while online ordering itself, then don't show any commitment to deliver online.

They have stolen my identity even though i never ordered on this website.

I have received a fitted bed sheet which I did not order.
Several days later, I have then received a letter welcoming me to the service and that I have opened an account with a credit limit of £1250.00 at 44.9% APR. Having checked my credit score, I have found 2 accounts with this company, one of which is in debit of £14. I have alerted Experian to investigate this and await a response.
Having tried to contact the live chat function of the website, they immediately asked for more personal information which I suspect was an effort to further defraud me. I did not provide them with any further details.

They fraudulently setup an account in my name with a credit limit of £1,250, which I was made aware of via a letter. Do not do business with this company.

It is unacceptable in this day and age of online shopping to have a company behave in this way.

Don't buy from this site, guys. They are very dishonest and it's a fake ID. You won't get your money back — I didn't get mine either. I had placed an order, but I received neither the product nor my money

Customer services is terrible!
Order a PS portal which is faulty… spoke with customer support and they told me I needed to speak with tech support to try to fix the issue (haha - busted speaker) they told me to call back once I had a reference number from tech support.

Spoke with tech support who obviously couldn’t fix the issue.

Rang to give reference number to arrange collection and surprise surprise they’ve made it VERY difficult for me!
Told me someone would contact me in 5 days!!!

They didn’t know what to do on the phone to arrange the return!
They are rude, incompetent and the phone system doesn’t work well.

I would not order a high value item from them again.

Bedenkliche Geschäftspraktiken.
Die Ware versendet ohne deutlichen Verkäufer Angabe. Ware extrem minderwertig. Verpakung beschägigt und geöffnet. Sitzt der Firma nicht andeutig. Angeblich Belgien -was später sich vermutet lässt. Service begindet sich in England. Service ist gut geschult um freundlich Kunden zu zermürben. So das am Ende wurde ich quasi gezwungen minderwertige Ware mit Nachlass zu behalten. Dabei habe ich mindestens 3 fache Preis bezahlt. Porto ist Erstbezug Paypal sichtbar und sehr hoch. Das habe ich nicht mal bestätigt. Was sehr komisch ist.

Someone has opened an account in my name and I was sent 2 cheap pillowcases. I have never ordered from this company ever. I have sent the goods back and phoned to report the matter to the company. Awaiting outcome.

Don't buy from them. If you like their products, buy from Amazon instead. The company has no systems and processes in place. The Post Sales Customer Support is Nil. Nobody responds on mail sent or WhatsApp. Out of 10 calls to them, maybe you are lucky to get though once. Even if you do talk to them, you will not get a resolution to your complaint. My order refund not being processed. No response from anyone. Nearly a month now.

I ordered a sofa cover which cost Rs. 2500/-. But the quality of the product was not up to the expected level. So, when I tried to contact them through WhatsApp, (which I feel was automated), they simply said the product was highly rated by their customers and that as per their policy, it cannot be replaced or refunded. I was shocked to know that there is no return/refund policy in a market place of this generation.

Horrible site and pathetic customer service, do not go for this site

Ordered a Switch 2 on 12/06/2025 & was given an estimated delivery date of 18/06/2025, Only to check my orders status around the 15/06/2025 only to notice that the date had been changed to 29/06/2025 (only getting an email on the 18th saying the date had changed) checking again closer to the new date I notice the date has changed again to 02/08/2025 causing me to have to call only getting "sorry its out of stock from the manufacture" I know people who order from 2 other places after me & have received them in less time than the original time given
