Had a great trip to York everything going to plan, Hotel Direct kept in touch about various things about our holiday. Would definitely book a holiday with them again in the future.

Great show and an excellent hotel just 10 mins walk away. What more could you want.

Another great trip this time to Birmingham. Hotel was in fab central location to station, shopping and eateries. Weekend away with girls and Hoteldirect makes the booking so much easier and also reassured to get confirmation from hotel. Definitely will book again with Hoteldirect.

Excellent hotel, good location, everything we wanted from a theatre break

Tower Bridge hotel by thistle London. The hotel‘s location was the only good thing. The room was absolutely terrible. It was dirty rundown hot water took up to 4 minutes to come through. The bathroom door is rotten. There is even a packet of prescription pills from a different guest under the desk all in all I would not stay there again and would recommend that you don’t either. Perfect stay - accommodation was brilliant and excellent seat selection options for the theatre tickets.

It just does what you want; a great hotel and fabulous theatre show with a stress free train journey.

Everything fan smoothly

From the train journey to the hotel .....which was amazing .... to abba voyage. Wich was incredible.. this package was perfect would recommend this for peace of mind and an enjoyable adventure

The whole booking experience was made so easy with the hotel and show tickets included. I had to change my booking because I'd got mixed up and my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend and I will be using them again

Hotel Direct excellent, listened to our needs, very efficient & after sales service good too. I appreciated communication the day before departure that our booking details had been confirmed.

We found it almost impossible to find what we were looking for. If you're trying to plan a weekend away and looking for a nice boutique hotel somewhere then good luck searching for that. If you know the exact hotel you want (from their pretty limited selection) and the exact dates of travel then you may have better luck. But even if you do find something that hits the spot, you then need to go direct to the hotel to get the rest of the information you need about rooms, parking and so on.

And if someone has kindly given you a voucher and the hotel price is less than voucher value, you lose the whole difference.

Prices almost always cheaper going direct to the hotel.

All in all, leaves a pretty nasty taste in your mouth...

From the booking process, to actually seeing the Wicked show and staying overnight at the Thistle Bloomsbury Hotel, the whole experience was AMAZING. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Everything was done for us - but at a price. The hotel and show were both excellent but we paid a premium price for that. If we had booked direct with the hotel and theatre it would have been quite a lot cheaper.
