First class service from start to finish

I contacted Hotel Direct a couple of times and on both occasions my questions were answered to my satisfaction

Hotel Direct web site was very clear and easy to use. I had saved the train tickets on my phone, but I didn’t need to because Hotel Direct notified me with the ticket QR codes on the out journey and then again on the return journey.

Booked though hotels direct after researching tickets and a hotel, I found the price offered by hotel direct was lower so thought I'd take the risk...and it payed off. Our hotel was 10mins walk from the theatre meaning we avoided needing a taxi. The hotel was lovely, I would never have found it myself (usually I stick to big chains when traveling with my young daughter), but it was great.

The day before travelling I recieved an email just confirming the hotel and theatre ticket info and I found that reassuring. I would definitely use hotel direct in the future.

Everything went smoothly, hotel excellent, seats at the theatre spot on all at a very reasonable price. First time user but will definitely use this site again.

Last minute booking was handled brilliantly revived tickets for rail travel within 2 days. Our trip to London booked through hotels direct was great could not ask for an easier reliable service.

First class arrangements & service.

This is the second time I've used HotelDirect. A diamond service that I cannot fault. From the beginning, everything was so easy and straight forward. I was kept up to date on all aspects. All tickets and info came to us as and when promised. The service took away any worries I had about visiting London. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended them to several friends.

Thr Hotel, Tower Threstle, was excellent good value snd great location

The show we went to see was as brilliant. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Comfortable beds, very clean bathroom and decor was fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Great value for money. We are looking forward to returning soon.

This hotel has everything you need for short stay to explore the financial side of London , Tower Bridge and Borough Market. Do your homework if you want to see landmarks such as Big Ben /Buckingham Palace. Taxi /Ubers can be expensive jump on Circle line on Underground get off at Tower Bridge and it's £3 and much quicker. Hotel is 2 mins away from underground. Hotel is big boy of a maze but the rooms are modest size and have everything you need for short stay. Staff are are lovely all very helpful and friendly.

Always use Hotel Direct easy to use and find a specific hotel if that's what your looking for.
Never had any problems would certainly recommend.

Not being a person who is savvy with computers, I found Hotel Direct very easy to use. I first chose the show I wanted to see. Then I chose the hotel and finally the train tickets. Everything is so simple, all I had to then was to print the paperwork and train tickets.
