Delivery 2 days late. Zero communication. Very difficult to get through to someone who could help. Left on hold for over 20 minutes.

I was given a date but not a time but was pleased the goods arrived early morning. I did try to contact the company to ask if delivery was AM or PM but did not get a reply. Despite this I was very happy with the overall service.

Placed the order and was given a delivery date the following week - that day came and no contact at all, when I called to confirm delivery I was assured delivery was on as planned - nothing turned up.

I called again the following day and was told that there was a “technical issue” that had now been sorted, but they then weren’t able to provide the half tonne bag I had purchased and would instead supply the same amount in smaller quantities.

After all of the above, with the only communication coming after I called to chase, the delivery turns up and is 10kg short of what was purchased. Presumably due to the right bag size not being available, so regardless of me paying for a specific quantity - I’m then left with less than I paid for.

Terrible experience and wouldn’t buy again.

Our order was despatched promptly, but 4 stars awarded because next day delivery was the day after next!

The experience was amazing I ordered and it was a week late but it didn’t go very far what I needed and then I ordered another bag and it was here a day early and the driver put it where I had it last time and I couldn’t complain they were amazing!

From start to finish HSS delivered a great service. The Pre-opp communication was clear and assuring, and the staff including my surgeon was very attentive and professional.

Only received half of an order. No updates on when the second half is due to arrive, no money back either.

Ordered a floor sander, picked the dates i needed it. They delivered it 3 days after the return date which cost me money as they didn't deliver the sander.
When it wasn't delivered on the date I needed it I asked for a refund. Haven't had any reply from them whatsoever. Absolute cowboys. Don't use them!!!!

Delivered on time with care. Great garden tool does what it says on the box. Easy to use for an 87 year old woman.

Ordered some tile grout with delivery on 13/4/26 online. Called the morning of delivery to be told it wouldn't be to the 17th. No contact since and item has not been delivered.

Ordered sleepers on line , chose my delivery date. Sleepers were delivered on the my chosen date.

The product that I received was exactly what I needed for my project but the delivery time and being updated could be better
