Extremely happy with the service provided by Hyde and the Member of Staff that visited my home.

I have been with Hyde Group since 2005, my mistake was to give up my property & move into a (Damp, Appalling & Multiple Old Features Bath/Doors:Windows Hyde will constantly give you false hope.. Rent goes missing from accounts.. Please don't go near this Group Profit Only Thank Louise but no thanks!

Workers were efficient and carried out the job quickly.

Ran into some problems but managed to get the job done

I moved in my new flat in November 2025 and Hyde communication is shocking I should have know from the start that this was a bad idea buying property with them.

Today I receive a £522 bill because they have failed to inform E-ON that we moved in! And they informed them in July 2026.

I honestly think they are a bunch of cowboys and I am so surprised they win awards as everyone in the Parkside Triangle development is upset and not happy with level of service.

I have emailed Hyde I am waiting on there response! But I would like compensation for their error that has now left me with a £522 Bill!

3 weeks ago they shut off water for whole 82 flat building for nearly 24 hours. But now even more radiculous- we are without water for over 4 days. In these weather conditions we can't use shower, toilet, food. No running water at all. In 2026? In London city? And no timing when we are getting water back. If I could leave 0 stars- I would.

Hyde housing was very quick at booking in my repair contractor who came was very polite and helpful listened and fixed the problem there and then and completed the repair in short amount of time very professional and credit to the company for there fast efficient response helpful staff and a very easy

I had no issues. The staff and workmen were very pleasant and helpful.

It wasn’t a repair it was an assessment but he asked the right questions

Removing black mould, scraping out old grout & replacing with new. Charming operative & a truly pro job. Much appreciated.

They didn’t come let me down two hours before

They did a great job made a mess I had to clean it up the mess they made it was hot offered and water or coffee me and support cleaned it up

Yet another bad reveiw because they can’t keep to promises. Have had a two year ordeal and stress from this company was owed £500 compensation which they promised and assured me would be paid today yet it is not and shock again when I call nothing is known despite someone (not allowed to name names) telling me it would definitely be paid today after waiting well over a month for them to just set up a payee. Absolute joke company is full of lies and clearly none of them know what they are doing
