Had issues in past. Repairs not always carried out in a timely fashion. But this time Liam, came to sort out plumbing issues and provide Ist Class Service. Kitchen Taps and Under sink piping repaired . It was all done very quickly, cleaning and the operative left everything working well and tidy Much Appreciated.

I was really pleased with my recent repair request for Hyde Housing. I didn’t expect the issue to be addressed so quickly after I reported it. The handyman who came was absolutely fantastic; he was polite, thorough and went the extra mile to make sure everything was fully fixed, not just patched up. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I would definitely recommend Hyde Housing’s repair service to anyone.

Can only say what I've seen.... 2yrs max warranty on all plumbing and you'll be lucky if it lasts that long from what I've seen at they're YAPTON site.... two separate customers told plumbing isn't covered as its 2yrs 1 month old! . Badly installed, back falling waste pipes on all the upstairs showers, with cheap traps tgat id refuse to fit!...... cut out ceilings rerun, overboard, replaster, repaint.

I will tell you many times we fix it my kitchen even my fridge doesn’t work even my washing machine I will tell you right now if you move the light you don’t work late a few fix it you didn’t finish it still not done anything

I still have a problem, it's still dripping from the sink, but it's not as bad as it was, before,

After 6 weeks with lift out of service the lift was fixed, lasted 1 week, and broke down again. This latest breakdown occurred on 24th September 2026 and we are now 5 days in.

We live on the 5th floor with 2 young children.

There needs to be the ability within Hyde to identify when something this is not right with an important plant items such as a lift.
