Absolutely thrilled with our purchase. This is our second fireplace from Imagine fires. Would highly recommend. Delivery was very quick and delivery driver placed the box in the fireplace for me due to the boxes size and weight. Heats our living room really well.

The box arrived absolutely scruffy and battered! Fortunately, the inner packaging was intact and the fire was ok. Online ordering was easy.

Very Quick Delivery unfortunately we ordered the worng size Stove ,Amanda immediately arranged for the new stove to be delivered and take the previous one away on the same day .Received the refund within a few days

Brilliant Bio Fuel fire. It is so realistic and with proper flames. Looks and feels like an original log burner. And it is portable!

The fire arrived when expected and was packaged so well, it was easy to set up with easy instructions to follow on use. The fire looks amazing and finishes our lounge of beautifully, giving the focal point it needed.

Perfect, vanilla so far the best bio ethanol we had!

Fire arrived quickly , easy to put together , took longer to break the packaging up than put the fire together, gives off loads of heat , really impressed.
