Tamika was a wonderful sales person.
Tamika was a wonderful sales person, and did a great job of helping me choose my carpet. Then on the day that I was supposed to have my carpet installed, I had a family emergency, and forgot to cancel the installation. Carpet One was very understanding, and immediately rescheduled my installation. The carpet is beautiful, and the service was excellent.

This was our second Independent Carpet…
This was our second Independent Carpet One Westland installation. Our salesperson, Jeane Salter was excellent to work with, providing suggestions on coordinating wall paint to carpet color, It looks great! Jeane will definitely be our choice for our next carpet replacement. The installers, Joe and Sebastian were on-time, courteous and did a fabulous job in the installation. Independent Carpet One DESERVES the five stars - - - they EARN IT!!

We were very disappointed with our carpet installers. They ruined several walls that need to be touched up and painted. Left grime all over the doors. And the only thing that was offered to us in return is to pay for a painter to do the touch up. When you spend almost $10,000 with a company, you woudl expect a little better service. I also work in the insurance industry and refer clients to their store. I will not anymore.

We have used Independent Carpet One Westland to replace all the carpets in our home over the past many years.The salesman was very courteous. We were allowed to take home many samples and he explained the different brands of carpeting to help our decision. The installers were very good.

We had dealt with Independent One a few years back for a kitchen project and I always remembered how very helpful they were. So when it was time to replace carpeting we did not hesitate to return here because we knew Independent would come through. Always friendly and professional. Cameron answered our questions. Installers were great also.

My experience with Independent Carpet One in Westland was fabulous, from picking out the right carpet to having it installed. Kathy was so easy to work with, especially in selecting the right carpet and color, coming to the house to measure, and giving suggestions about how to recarpet the stairs. The installers, Nate and Sean, were stupendous and terrific to work with, and the completed job is gorgeous. I am completely satisfied and will recommend this company to everyone!

Great Company that Partners with Local Teachers!
Thank you to Independent Carpet One and to Cathy for donating carpet squares to my classroom! I am a local teacher here in Westland and reached out to multiple carpet companies and Cathy reached out to me quickly and ended up being the only company that replied to me!
