Top Notch Customer Service
We can honestly say that from the minute we walked through the showroom door to the time the installation crew left our home, the experience with Independent Carpet One Westland was nothing less than exceptional. Janet D’Ascenzo was instrumental in helping us find the right carpet for our needs and was very patient throughout the whole decision making process. There was no pressure to buy and her suggestions and color choices were spot on.
The installation team of Nate and Sean were consummate professionals. Their diligence and care throughout the installation process was very much appreciated. They showed us the utmost respect, giving us clear direction on what they were doing throughout the installation and even gave us tips on how to care for our new carpeting all while engaging in humorous banter that kept all of us smiling.
We would not hesitate to recommend Janet, Nate, Sean and the entire team from Independent Carpet One Westland. A++ customer service, quality products and installation from the word go! You won’t be disappointed.

Jeane Salter was outstanding!! She listened carefully to our needs before offering options for our flooring. She is upbeat, caring and she knows her products well. From measure to install, everything went smoothly. Joe installed our carpet and vinyl plank and was prompt, efficient and easy to work with. Many thanks to both Jeane and Joe! Excellent customer service
Everyone at Independent Capet One in Westland was very friendly, patient and supportive. From Catherine, who was very helpful and full of energy to the gentlemen who measured the rooms to the nice gentlemen who did the installation. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

This is the second time I have used Independent Carpet One and have been very satisfied both times. Jeannie , my sales person, was very helpful and knowledgable. I had the same installer both times and he did an excellent job. I was so satisfied with the work he did the first time ( two years ago) that I requested him for the second job.

I was most impressed by the wide selection, next was the name brand quality and long warranty. The installation went without a hitch!

Great people in the store, none better. Installers were nice, polite, and worked quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and would recommend them to family and friends. I shopped prices, value, and quality and they were the best.

Quick turnaround time with quote of job and timely with scheduling installation. Installer was very courteous and timely as well. This is our second time purchasing floor coverings with them, will use them again no question.

Carpet One provided amazing options for…
Carpet One provided amazing options for both carpet and kitchen flooring. We discovered two perfect options and had them installed in one day. Both rooms look awesome and are now updated and we love the final result. The 3 men, Travis, Eric and Phil who did the installations were friendly, experienced and professional in all areas. We have used Carpet One previously for other carpeting needs and were extremely satisfied. There have exactly what most want or desire and have the ability to do professional installations. Great in store service in assisting with the selections just made our choices that much easier. They are a must consider option when wanting to refresh and update your home.

What a first-time customer says ...
I had new kitchen flooring installed and new carpeting for the staircase leading upstairs. I was delighted with the choices I made, the assistance I got at the store, and the excellent installation. Everybody was helpful and friendly, and knew what they were doing. You don't find many stores like this anymore.

We are so happy with our new floors from Independent Carpet One! Every step of the process was great. Our salesman Cameron was so helpful and patient, and helped us pick the best flooring for our home. The installation team did an excellent job.
