I was very pleased with my sales representative, Jeane Salter. She was very professional and helpful in choosing my carpet. She also went over all that would happen when the house was measured and what would happen when it was installed.
The team you sent out were very professional and polite. They answered all our questions and worked quickly. I would recommend you carpet store to anyone who asked about my carpet.

I have a large bubble on my floor
I have a large bubble on my floor. Although I told the salesman and the two men who came to repair other problems and someone named Jim, no one has contacted me. I have a party for 40 scheduled for 12/10 and what is on the floor is a trip hazard.
Also, the men who came out to repair other problems insisted no one had touched the dishwasher, even though someone must have done something because it makes a terrible noise when opening and shutting and I have to slam it to get it to work.

Oh dear! Let's get this handled right away! I am glad you reached out but I am also upset that I didn't know about it sooner that I could have interceded this review. But I will make sure that this "bubble" in your floor is expediently repaired. And when we do we will look at the dishwasher, that yes we aren't at liberty to adjust due to plumbing, so I'm not sure what's happening with the noise. rest assured...we will make that 1 star turned around for you! Excellent Quality and Service
We have purchased carpet from this store for many years. They are always professional, friendly, helpful and honest. They have installed carpet at my home and work and they do an excellent job and the carpet wears very well.

The whole process was outstanding
The whole process was outstanding, especially the care and concern for my wife who is highly sensitive to smells and the assistance to select the right material and color to blend with the rest of our home. The installation process was equally outstanding.

Once again, Cathy has been on top of our flooring needs! Currently having wood floors installed throughout a new build and the job is going perfectly (after she was tactfully able to circumvent some builder issues!). She has all the ideas and suggestions as a professional with a good eye for design. Our installer is also very friendly and is very careful and neat, an important factor especially with wood flooring. Can't wait till it's all done - AND, to be able to live in our new home! Carpet one shows they care about You as a customer
I had a major disaster happen dealing with The Carpet Guys. I went to Independent One after and spoke with Catherine who was very concerned with my issue and went above and beyond to make me happy and get me installed. Also want to thank John and his installers who asked many questions and went out of their way to make me a happy customer. They took their time and and made sure to leave behind an excellent job. John is also coming back to touch up a spot for me I wanted covered at the bottom of my stairs which I really appreciate. Very happy and satisfied. Thanks for caring and doing a professional job.

Installation was to b between 9 & 10. Ended up being install at 3:30. They couldn’t find the orgininal installers Nothing but promises. The guys that did install the carpeting were very professional

Solid company for carpet needs
We had a great experience. We needed carpet for a new home we'd purchased and were pressed for time, both for measurements and install. Catherine was fantastic to work with it. We had very specific time slots to get in for a measurement (we hadn't yet taken possession of the home), and also to get it installed, only 1 specific day for the install. She helped us to make sure things went smoothly. The carpet is great quality, as is the padding. She took her time explaining the different carpets to us and we're pleased with the overall results. The installers were professional as well and cleaned up after they were done.

We were very happy with our experience buying stair runner carpeting at Independent Carpet One Westland. They have a wide selection of carpeting and we were able find exactly what we wanted. Our salesperson was wonderful - she came to our house and measured and took time to figure out the best way to install the runner (it was a little tricky since we have a landing). The installers came on time and did an excellent job.
