We received personal service and excellent advice for our needs. The time until installation was on target. The installers were professional, prompt, and left the room well vacuumed. I will chose Independent Carpet One for my future flooring needs.

We have repeatedly used Independent Carpet One Westland for our carpet and flooring needs over the last 23 years. They have repeatedly done a great job. Their installers are super. Robert was our salesperson and he was very patient with us. This allowed us to finally select the right product for our home.

The Only Place to Shop for Flooring!
While there are many options out there for flooring today, there should be only one option you consider on where to purchase it. Independent Carpet One in Westland, of course! No, they aren't paying me to say this, their customer service and quality work was payment enough. Big thank you to Cathy and Jeane, who went above and beyond to help me find EXACTLY what I wanted. None of those gimmicks or pressuring me to get something I didn't want like those other stores do. Joe S. and Joe B. both did an exceptional job on the installation of the LVP and the carpet. Guess what? Even if I hated it, they would've replaced it for free! You heard me right. 120 day beautiful guarantee. If you're in the market for flooring, take the hassle out of it and stop in at Independent Carpet One. You'll be glad you did!

I would highly recommend Independent Carpet One Westland.
It had been years since we shopped for carpet and was ripe for an education around all the new carpet products. I was elated with the education and service I received from the Independent Carpet One Team.
Cathy's level of customer service is unbelievable, especially in this day and age. She is patient and kind PLUS a true customer advocate.
The install crew was top notch too. Our job was large (whole house) which took three days. They arrived on time daily all the while being patient, kind and courteous. Super professional for sure! Our extensive white trim and newly painted walls were kept in tact without one nick.
I was able to pay close (within a few hundred dollars) to the same amount of money for our carpet than the quote we had previously received from Home Depot. Not to mention a MUCH HIGHER quality carpet.
Look no further.....just visit the folks at Independent Carpet One Westland.

I am so incredibly please with my carpet. Jeane Salter was my consultant and she helped me select the perfect carpet for my bedrooms and living room. She is truly exceptional!
The installers were professional and did an outstanding job on the installation as well as moving so much heavy furniture.
I have used Independent Carpet One prior to this past installation and I would highly recommend them. Sales and service are excellent!

Well worth the drive
From the showroom to our den, it was, as expected, a great experience. Love the carpet! Service, including sales and installation, was perfect. We cross town, driving past many carpet stores because this is what we've come to expect AND out of loyalty and gratitude for your generous support of Komen Detroit Race for the Cure -- donation and maintenance of the iconic pink carpet. Carpeting and Flooring
We had both carpeting and flooring installed during extensive remodeling. Independent Carpet One was wonderful scheduling the installation to meet and work around our convoluted contractor completion issues. Whenever we had a delay or schedule issue they quickly adjusted to help us out. Can't say enough good things about them. Our salesperson (Janet D) helped us coordinate our decorating with the flooring and carpet choices with ideas we never considered. The finished product is beautiful.
