Wrong batteries sent for my printer
Wrong batteries sent for my printer. Their website clearly still shows they sell batteries suitable for a Canon TS 8750 and yet when I received the batteries they did not work and I then had days of trying to contact them to say I wanted my money refunded. Eventually they told me they would give me a partial refund if I returned the wrong batteries.The net result after I paid postal charge to return their mistake is I lost about £10 and had a lot of aggro. Will not be trading again.
