Ordered 3 size 16 dresses. Firstly I was overcharged but they did refund that once I contacted them.
The items arrived and I was sent 3 size 4xl. I have contacted the company several times to be told that I can resell them or have £5 refund, I argued some more so was offered £8, said no so now have been offered £10. The dresses were £65.52. Just lost my husband too so this is all I need.
Seeking legal advice.

I too purchased the felt Christmas tree with leds.
The company has taken £4 more than the cost of the item which distinctly said free shipping. I’ll be amazed if it ever turns up.

I ordered the felt christmas tree as it looked like good fun for children. I ordered it from an ad on facebook. The company took the money from my account very quickly. But I have not receied an order number or confirmation that my order was received. I have tried to contact customer services. No answer yet.
And then the item turned up out of the blue! a couple of days ago.

Ridiculously poor customer service, trust your gut when you see poor grammar on the website.
Ordered an item through this website, to then be told by my partner I was supposed to get a variation of this item that was £1 extra. Emailed the company within 5 minutes of placing the order requesting to cancel so I could re-order the correct item. (All the information in the email) they responded fast but for some reason asked why I wanted to cancel when it had clearly been stated in the email. Anyway, I responded again within a few minutes. They then waited, in my opinion, purposely until the item had been “shipped” hours later then responded saying it’s too late. Have asked for tracking number but doubt that will be available, strange to think I never received a shipping notification. Could have been a simple request but greedy company ruins it.

I ordered a product I saw from this company on an ad on social media, and annoyingly it didn't get to me safely because a non-reliable courier delivered it. Instead of it being delivered to my doorstep, the courier wedged it between the Block's front doors which renders them getting stolen. I've had to contact InquireFor customer services several times now and I might as well be talking to a brick wall because they just aren't listening and giving me a refund. So I'm utterly appalled and feel it's only fitting to warn other customers.
