Supportive staff at Intrum !

I had a great experience to customer support by the name of Richard.he is very supportive and well emphatetic, knowledgeable and nice to talk with .another one is David very approachable and attentive. Both deserved full star for their efforts.

Fantastic customer service

At Intrum they are all kind and understanding regarding your situation and are always ready to listen to us and help us in all possible ways. They're great.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I would almost call it harassment as I get constant messages saying I haven't set up a payment plan, which I had. Then they say I haven't paid when I have. Absolutely terrible person on the phone who was very rude. Really fed up with them. I have emailed on 3 separate occasions and never get a reply.

Adele

Adele, who I spoke with. was extremely helpful when looking into the issue I had phoned about. Several times I was put on hold whilst she looked into different aspects of my call. The issues I had raised were all resolved to my satisfaction and I would put that down to the commendable effort displayed by Adele. I could not thank her enough.

Opened an account that’s been settled already!

Intrum have found a debt that has already been recorded as fraud and already been closed!
yet they have somehow reopened a debt that has been investigated and proven to not be mine! So here’s to my credit score being impacted again! And thanks for the stress for no reason. Crap company! Even emailed them proof that this account had been investigated and proven to be fraud and closed! But they can’t do anything till it suits them !

Texts about a debt

Texts about a debt, eventually I rang them to inform them the debt they purchased was void as it had appeared in a bankruptcy. Hold the line while we update update your records, 10 minutes listening to a 30 second loop of hold music i gave up.
