I keep getting text messages saying I…
I keep getting text messages saying I have a debt which I don't believe I do. Have tried numerous times to log onto my so called account and never being able to access it as the info I assume doesn't match.
I have no idea what this debt is as I have never been told in letter form or email.

The lady i spoke to was absolutely brilliant,she really was so professional and courteous the whole time.Her attitude made me feel empowered and proud of the way i have managed the situation and the end is in sight now.She also corrected something i was told that was incorrect by another company, which has given me another incentive to push on.So thank you so much for everything you have made my day.

I had some fraudulent activity in my bank account, which resulted in a delayed payment to Intrum. The man in Customer Service I spoke to was very understanding and helpful. He accepted my offer of 2 payments in June without fuss, and treated me with respect, spoke to me on a human level rather than corporate.
