I’ve had a text asking to review this company and to share my experience. I’ve had no dealings with this company , not sure why they text me , I don’t know who they are but they seem to have my details

Texts about a debt, eventually I rang them to inform them the debt they purchased was void as it had appeared in a bankruptcy. Hold the line while we update update your records, 10 minutes listening to a 30 second loop of hold music i gave up.

Well paid large amount of debt off to pay an offer on the account and get another email claiming I still owe the balance twice .
Shocking called them up and they claim my account was now closed

Easy to use makes payment s easy to do

I had one debt with this company which got put onto a DRO ack in August, now all of a sudden I now have anew debt with them with exactly the same details, amounts dates but just a different account number, I have tried writing twice and no replies have been sent to myself, only letters saying I owe the debt, which I do not as it looks like it has just been set up again so it does not match the DRO information

This lot keep crowing on about their customer service awards but they treat their victims with contempt, waited 30 mins in the phone, no answer. All I wanted was their bank details for a payment. tried logging into the portal instead, it said my details were wrong.

Can you stop sending members of the public fraudulent text and document please. I've just received a text saying I have and account and I need to sign in to make payments are you not knowing that this is criminal activity? As far as i am concerned I have no business with INTRUM and never done any with INTRUM so who gave you consent ? This place needs to be locked down.

I was given all the information I needed today from Richard in customer service. He treated me with upmost Respect. Very satisfied with the service I received today.

The company uses bullying tactics to very vulnerable and very ill people.. I never received any paperwork and yet this unethical company entered a CCJ without any notice !! I am a very vulnerable and ill person having been in a serious accident . This company also using unethical threatening tactics. I will report them to the FCA for unethical practices. The company is in breach of Equality Act 2010, and FCA Customer Duty and Vulnerability Guidance and FCA Principles for Business.
