They harass people who owe them nothing. They are incapable of understanding the regulations they are meant to follow. They are the lowest of the low.

I was being harassed for £10,502 from 25 years ago that wasn't even my debt with Lloyds bank. Same name, different person......

Gamze sorted this out for me in one phonecall and confirmed it was a mistake from Lloyds bank...

Account was paid in full in August 24 they still put a default on in June 25? Ongoing conplaint.

Great customer service and support, staff are sympathetic and very understanding whilst being friendly and professional.

Wish there was a choice for 0 star these ppl keep harassing me for a supposed loan owed to NatWest Ive NEVER had any sort of dealings with NatWest apart from using their cash machine to withdraw cash and this despicable company keeps harassing me I spoke to action fraud who advised me to check with clear score if that so called debt is registered with them and Lo & behold it’s not, these scums makes me sick

Grateful for the reduction and the possibility of paying in three intervals. However I’ve not received an email/letter to confirm that payment has been fully paid. Also with this the agreement that my credit rating will have a positive impact. Although not fully but partial as I was informed.

I have definitely not had any trouble with Intrum they all Work with you not against you. I find this Company very helpful in there Professional Manner, understanding, and kindness and they have always been Considerate to me 100%

They sent someone to my home while I was at work my wife was at home and she isn't well this worried her very much she phoned me to give me the details so I phoned them, apparently it was a debt from 20 years ago to TSB I didn't owe anyway and if I did it would be status barred she lady on the phone comfired this so I asked why send someone for a barred debt she made out a company called resolve instructed them to coll the money so they didn't know it was barred, total rubbish it's the same company, I did lose my temper and litte and told her not to send anyone else or any more letters about this and that this has really upset my ill wife and stop chasing debts that are barred and that the company only pays £1 per £100 to buy the debt. I did apologise after for getting angry with her as she's only doing her job and assures me I will hear nothing else about it

Avoid scammers!!!Thanks feedback, it helped me avoid fraud. Everything is identical. My account was closed more than 15 years ago. "Intrum" sent me a debt collection letter.

The representitive Claire who was professional understanding and kind.

I found them to be unreasonable even when trying to settle a debt. Furthermore some of there staff are very poorly trained and down right rude.
