They have zero tolerance with people who are not clever with technology.
I still have leaking radiator and this work has been going on since September and is still not completed properly. Now time for further action. Have been trying to contact the complaint department wher no one answers. Dreadful company communications.

All went well with the install, however, 4 & a half months after the install of the bathroom extractor fans, one stopped working. Phoned to report the issue & was told either they or the electrician would contact me. After over 2 weeks nobody had been in touch so called again & was told they would get back to me. On this occasion they did but advised me that it was up to me to sort & pay for the issue as they do not send anyone out for repairs after 3 months. Very poor after sales service!

We would like to take this opportunity to rate IntuEco from Leon calling at the house to say we were eligible, to the loft installation, trickle vents, extraction fans and new boiler installations. Everyone was very pleasant, but we did have a issue with the loft installers in our extension. The installer didn't want to climb through although many other work people we have had done, they did. We sought advice from Wayne, who called to see us, one Sunday evening. And after Wayne's visit, the installer came back and completed. Next was the ventilation and trickle vent installer. They were unaware we had brown windows and fitted white trickle vents, again a call to IntuEco and this time it was Jamie, who messaged installer and they came back and rectify them. Finally the boiler team we had a lot of uncertainty with this because of where they were going to put it due to our house having since the original boiler was fitted we had extended. We voiced our concerns again to Jamie, who requested that a team from UK Energy came to discuss with us the positions and new pipework. A team came late one evening and a plan was put in place. Unfortunately that team didn't come. So after discussion with new team, it all went ahead. And although the initial clean up downstairs was good, we did go into the loft and the boiler team had disconnected the pipes from the water tank, but they left the old pipework all over the new loft installation and some of the installation chucked all over the place and water was still in the tank. A few days later the flue had to be change into a new position. All in all, IntuEco, especially Jamie was very good and approachable, but we would have to say the sub contractors they use, need to understand the householders needs more. So our advise to householders is just keep asking questions and voice concerns.

We are so Impressed with the excellent service we have received from IntuECO Ltd. From start to finish they have been excellent. Owen Oxley saw as he was passing our house we had a over 20 year Old Boiler. We never get sucked in by doorstep advice but Owen knew what he was talking about an sorted us from start to finish !! We certainly recommend this company especially Owen we are well impressed, we would have never thought we would be eligible for a free Boiler an having our loft re insulated! But thanks to Owen he sussed my husband having Asthma made us Eligible . We are so gratefull as we have had Excellent Service Brilliant new Combi Boiler new settings on our radiaters & loft insulation all FREE !!!

Alan from intueco called at my house and explained I could be eligible for boiler replacement due to medical condition. I couldn't believe it at first, but everything was above board so I went along with it. First day they removed the old loft insulation and replaced with new, they installed extractor fan in bathroom and trickle vents in all the windows. Day 2 Saqib and Rikki the gas engineers arrived, the replaced my old boiler and relocated it, put new thermostats on all rads. They worked from 9.15am and left at 10.30pm to make sure everything was done, they worked so hard and didn't leave any mess, I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. Also thank you to intoEco.

Company arrived on time and started the works. Drained existing system and removed appliances. The layout of the house presented problems which they overcame. They worked full days and on one occasion stayed late to finish what they were doing. There were one or two issues that as a former tradesman were not finished correctly. The 22mm pipe from the cylinder was left 8 inches above floor level resulting in it having to be boxed in. I would like to make a special thanks to Lucy for her clear explanations of the system and what was going to be involved which persuaded me to accept the upgrade.

Guy from INTUECO knocked on my door and explained I may be eligible for for some home improvements through a government scheme. I sent him on his way cos you don’t get nothing for free. I googled it and it seemed like it may to be legit. I called him up and we had a chat. A few photos and some information to send over and the next thing I know I have an assessor here, followed by roof insulation, followed by new extractor fans and finally a brand new combi boiler. I am still a little bit in shock to be honest. From The initials guy, Owen, that came to see me, the assessor and all the tradesmen have been absolutely brilliant. Took about 2 months from start to finish. If they knock on your door give it a change you never know what you might be entitled too!

What can I say just had Shabz and team from fast gas to install our new boiler and remove the old back boiler
They where here doing nonstop work cleaning up after themselves every step of the way and worked late so we wouldn’t be left without hot water these guys deserve a medal they went above and beyond from the minute they turned up to going home

Thank you to all the teams at intuECO Ltd for providing me with a new boiler and thermostats, loft insulation and extractor fan. I didn't think that I would qualify for help but thanks to Lucy my application was successful. Everything happened very quickly. Thanks too to Carl who was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the boiler installation process. His team were so nice, polite and professional. All the work was carried out to my satisfaction and I would recommend intuECO Ltd in the future.

Was sceptical at first as we had been offered this government scheme through Wantak and it never materialised. But we had new boiler, extraction fans and loft insultation through this firm and wow their service was first class, workmen were brilliant, efficient and very genuine nice people. Absolutely fantastic service.

Had a new boiler fitted through Intueco , was sceptical at first (don't get anything for free and all that !!!) However all the tradesman were top notch and treated our home with such respect and the quality of finish and care was outstanding. Thankyou and best of all we didn't pay a penny - Thanks everyone involved

Avoid these charlatans. Once you have agreed for them to do the work they do not respond to complaints, maybe other than a follow up from a receptionist. This is a fair and accurate review.

Replied to comment but failed to respond! Intitial cavity work was ok, nice guys and work was very good. 2nd cold call you need window vents and extractor fans. The electrician was spot on again SADLY the window vent fitter didn't have much of a clue and broke 1 window and left the rest in bad shape. Promised to fix said window but never returned, I'll also add intueco admin lady took the info and again the call never arrived. Free that costs more than you save AVOID

I have been looking for an opportunity to rate this great company. They got our boiler fixed as fast as possible. They are the best. I never believed it was going to happen that fast. The staff are reliable, efficient, and professional in their job. I am using this medium to thank you for putting a smile on our faces. Your neat and quality job can't be overlooked.
