Great company and great service. I was looking for a MacBook Pro that that was more powerful than the off-the-shelf specs. Apple had an estimated shipping date of almost 2 months. Jigsaw had it in stock. Had it shipped the next day. Highly recommend!

Jigsaw 24 worked above and beyond the call of duty to get me a device that was rapidly scarce in the mac market and I’m very pleased by customer service, the only bad thing should there be anything to mention about was the £20 delivery charge to the Highlands and Islands which I understand there maybe a need for a charge but I feel like this charge may be a bit excessive considering it was a small parcel.

As always excellent service. Kept me informed of delay to the manufacture and delivered ahead of revised schedule. Thank you.

The online chat with sales gave very helpful advice and the Lacie drive arrived safely the very next day.

Very poor service. Bought a keyboard from this company and within the guarantee period we found an issue with it. As such it was not fit for purpose.

The company shrug off their responsibilities and simply try to forward you to the manufacturer, even if they cannot supply details for the manufacturer, to fix the issue.

A chargeback has now been initiated and we will never buy from this company again.

I have been a customer of Jigsaw for many years, and they have always been reliable. This purchase was no different, although, like many others, Jigsaw are struggling with their delivery options. Two iPhones bought at a reasonable, if not quite decent price, both working well. Thank you, Jigsaw!

Very good experience buying an iMac, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Even during the pandemic they were able to fulfil my order quickly and without the usual excuses a lot of retailers are using. Prices are competitive. Lots of variety and website stock true to warehouse.

I bought a LaCie 8TB hard drive. The price was a few pounds higher than the cheapest seller. But the cheaper one had delivery at 1-3 weeks. Jigsaw24 had great email communication. Order confirmed immediately. Receipt emailed immediately. And tracking supplied. The hard drive arrived the next day. Brilliant service.

Absolutely awful service and support. I made a mistake purchasing a higher model than needed, I literally took the product out of the box, plugged in and realised after 2 minutes.

I was told I would be charged 10% restocking fee, which could be more depending on what they deemed 'acceptable' condition. This of course, was not noted in their terms and conditions (which I took a screenshot of so they could not change them).

The worst part was that I noted that I needed a lesser model, so would have exchanged and purchased from them again, had they handled this better.

They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with and as such, I have forwarded this to our legal department internally and informed trading standards (according to one of their senior leadership members, my rights as a consumer are not applicable here because I purchased through a business - so they are as 'stupid' as they are rude and ignorant).

I'll never purchase another Blackmagic product again because of this reseller, so perhaps I should tell them too!

They have sold me an LG 4k Ultrafine Monitor despite them not having it in stock and are playing games with the refund.

I would be very very cautious ordering from this company.
