Shocking and disgraceful JJ's House
I purchased a dress size 14 which actually fitted a friend who is a size 10. I returned this and was refunded. I had a wedding dress seamstress measure me and gave the size on their chat, they told me to order a size 20 which I questioned at the time and was told I was between sizes, by JJ's house as the measurements I gave suited that size, , I was told they had a solution as I purchased 4 dresses. which are waiting for me to return, I did read the policy and was not told the normal rules apply as he said he found a solution for me. at no time did he say I couldn't return them, these dresses swamped me. I emailed again and was told they were non returnable. I am absolutely disgusted as I cannot get past them saying to me "read the terms and conditions" so them saying they would help me was rubbish, come on JJ's you need to do the decent thing and refund my money. Ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses, same dresses, just different sizes. Was so excited when they arrived only to be disappointed as the top part of the dresses lace material are different shades. The actual skirt colours are 100% matching. I completed a "ticket " straight away, hopefully I hear back soon and am able to get this resolved ASAP

The delivery service was excellent and the actual outfit is gorgeous! Fabulous quality fabric, and so well finished. I highly recommend JJs House and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Everything I have purchased from jjs this past few months I have been delighted with from the wedding dress bridesmaid dress both mother of bride outfit and grandmother outfit all perfect. I recommend jjs to anyone who wants something special.

Excellent product, well made and good quality. The size was perfect. It is really useful to be able to order swatches as you can't really tell a true colour online, so if you want a piece to coordinate with something I'd really recommend doing that.
I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am thrilled with my dress I bought from JJs . The fit is perfect ,excellent quality and delivered right on time . I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered 5 dresses for my bridesmaids on 24 January 2024. The dresses were estimated to arrive on 14 February 2024. I received 2 dresses in 05 March 2024 and the other 2 dresses have been stuck at Heathrow since 27 February 2024.
I have had several email conversations back and forth with JJs House and still no resolution. I think it is unacceptable to have to wait over 5 weeks for ready made dresses. There is no details on how to make a formal complaint and the customer service team have failed to answer my questions via email.
I paid £31 for delivery, including a £1.99 shipping protection charge.
I am extremely unhappy and stressed as I am not sure my bridesmaid dresses will arrive in time for any necessary alterations and may have to buy alternative dresses without any refund from JJs House.
I have asked customer services ro raise a formal complaint and I am extremely disappointed I have had to do so, as I had heard great things about the company.
The quality of the 2 dresses I have received is great, it’s just such a shame about the delivery and service side.

Update 07.03.24
I have now received an email from JJs House asking me (as the receiver) to contact my local post office as “they have been unable to deliver for unknown reasons”. I contacted both Royal Mail and my local post office.

My local post office advised it has not been received in the Isle of Man and to refer back to the sender.
Royal Mail - I waited over 40 minutes on the phone to speak with a lovely girl who was very helpful.

Royal Mail explained that because JJs House used a non tracked service for the postage from Germany to the UK (no idea why the parcel went to Germany) they will not be able to confirm if the item is lost. The German Postal Servuces/ JJs House/ DHL used a postal service which is not available in the UK and therefore the item is not traceable through a tracked post. The item has been sent under a signed for service but no one knows where the item is. It was last seen on 27 Feb in London Heathrow LC.
Royal Mail, advised that normally they would class something as lost 12 days after expected arrival. Well I am well over 12 days now (13th Feb was the expected arrival date).

I am so distraught, I now have to purchase alternative dresses and this is caused me extreme amounts of stress at a time when I should be the happiest. This whole process is making me physically sick and I need this to be resolved. JJs House should be the ones contacting the couriers not me as the recipient and their customer.

A refund needs to be issued as I need to purchase alternative dresses now.

I was a bit sceptical as the what I was purchasing as I have never bought from JJs house before but what I received exceeded expectations. The dresses are amazing quality and look fantastic on my little flower girls.

The dress was very high quality and the size was correct. Fast service would use again

Ordered my daughters prom dress from here as found the same dress in a local shop and looked lovely but was expensive, I saved a fortune ordering from JJ's House and it arrived early and fits perfect and have also recommended this company to daughters friends

The wait was long but dress actually arrived earlier than the original expected date. Dress is beautiful correct colour and fits perfectly
