I first found JJ's House on Facebook and went straight to Trust Pilot reviews. I found their website easy to use and ordered a custom size dress. The delivery was as described and my dress arrived after three weeks of ordering. I am delighted with the quality of the dress and it fits perfectly. The colour is exactly as in the photos of the dress and it is great value for money. I will be ordering again for my next special occasion. The custom size option is fantastic and great value at €23 extra.
I would not hesitate to recommend this website to any one looking for that special occasion wear. Very satisfied indeed.

AMAZING
I got my prom dress from here and it's beautiful. I got the size 6 (smallest size) and I was a bit nervous because I don't fit exactly with the measurements because I'm quite short but I didn't want to get the custom one, but with heels the dress fits absolutely perfectly and I love it so much. The material is really nice and amazing quality, at the back of my dress is a really long train with a bit of lace and it's GORGEOUS, so is the lace detailing on the corset <33

timely arrival but missing a few things
Got the dress on time. Lovely dress however was missing hook and eyes at the back and also the waist band was not sewn on properly so had to mend both of these issues myself.

The refund prices and return process is awful…. 10 percent restocking fee and charged for return and shipment.. I would be very wary if this. Also make it as difficult as possible to return items..

Brilliant alternative to expensive prom dress shops
Absolutely fantastic service. I used the try on at home service and ordered 3 beautiful dresses for my daughter to try on for prom and she loved them all and chose her favourite. Easy to use website and great prices.

Rip off returns and refund process, customer BEWARE.
Ordered a dress for my wife.
Quality was good but not her taste so we returned item.
I understand a charge for 'trying on' expensive items like wedding dress is fair but this was a £44 dress.
So initial charge for dress and delivery was £51 and I received a refund of £34.
DISGUSTING rip off of new customer.
Obviously we won't be shopping with you again.
