Overall experience was very good. Robbie Norrie gave clear information of what my offer would be, gave me time to think over without feeling pressured.
After we agreed on the sale Robbie was great at keeping in touch, sending all the relevant emails/links for signature.

A special mention must go to Robbie, who looked after us throughout. He was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole process incredibly straightforward. At no point did we feel pressured, and communication throughout was excellent.

Its all about the service! This is the 4th BMW I have bought from John Clark and my 10th overall. I drive 380 mile round trip to do business with John Clark because the service is so much better. Lee Finnegan the sales executive was in charge of the hand over and he immediately took away all my anxiety and was simply just AMAZING.
Lee Finnegan was so very patient, so very helpful and never did he once try and rush me even when I asked the same question twice or three times.
