I bought a recliner chair and foot stool through Amazon from the company in September 2022 in November 2023 i had a problem with one of the feet Amazon advised me to contact the company direct even though the guarantee had expired i phoned and spoke to Leanne P she was so helpful and polite she sent me a replacement part in the post within 3 days and there was no charge fantastic service

Very quick response and issue sorted out immediately.

I had a query about a dining set, I needed to know the maximum user weight of the chairs, Chris in the sales department replied very swiftly and answered my question in a very clear and concise manner, excellent customer service and that in itself is something that will encourage me to buy from this company.

I recently purchased a nest po f tables and ok be of them was faulty. I contacted Customer Services to have a really great experience from the member of staff. They explained what I needed to do and then confirmed very quickly back to me the way forward to sorting out my problem. So a massive 5 Starr's from myself to this company for their great customer service.

Excellent company, with a great customer service team, especially Stacey, small problem with a product ordered via Amazon who were most unhelpful, decided to speak to the manufacturer, who promised to replace damaged part, phoned Friday and part delivered on the Tuesday,
To get this level of service very unique today!

Great after-care service.
After piece of much liked and used furniture was accidently damaged, a fixing part was posted to me free of charge.

So easy to deal with, 1 phone call and delivery arranged.

Terrible beds. Do not buy unless you want to replace within a year. We unfortunately bought two Julian Bowen beds for my sons and both have proved to he flimsy, brittle and really sub standard. The materials used as so low quality they snap, bend and break under every day movement. Both beds sway every time our sons (aged 4 and 7) climb into them. I would not recommend for children bigger than aged 2 but then I wouldn't trust that they won't collapse either with a child that young. At first I thought the flimsiness and swaying was due to my constructed so I dismantled and hired a joiner to construct but has the same results. He added several extra supports to stop the beds moving so much any time anyone climbed into them or moved but it didn't really help. Really poor, low quality product. Purchase with real caution
