High quality product and customer service team (Leanne), but let down by minor damage to the unit and the item being sold with a colour of drawer knobs that are no longer available -- thus not matching other bedroom furniture.

The customer service team were amazing at helping me obtain the exact parts I needed. Both Chloe and Leanne were so patient and understanding. The response and replys were very consistent. Very satisfied and very appreciative for their support.
Great brand would highly recommend.

My son tripped and fell into the bunk bed (he’s fine), but snapped the top slat on the bed. I contacted Julian Bowen directly to get a replacement. Leanne P was brilliant. She was so helpful and has sorted out a replacement for me (I’ve paid for). Fantastic customer service.

I ordered a table and chairs, paid for them and on delivery only the table arrived, I rang customer services to be told the chairs were out of stock for another 7 weeks, I'd already disposed of my old chairs and now have a table and no chairs to sit at. Don't know how I was able to order them or have them delivered when only half of the order could be fulfilled

2 parts from our midsleeper bed were damaged in a recent house move. I emailed the customer service address and Stacey responded the next business day. Stacey was able to quote for the parts, process my payment and get the parts delivered 2 days later which was fantastic

I ordered my julian bowen through very and a part was missing Very were terribly unhelpful, so i contacted julian bowen directly and they got the part sent out to me the next day and all resolved within the day.

Ordered a gaming bed for my preteen from the Range but the manufacturer is Julian Bowen. It was delivered, we assembled and bed was super wobbly up top, spoke with Leanne, from customer services at the Range, who went above and beyond to assist me and resolve this issue. She arranged for the bed to be inspected and replaced if necessary but advised this isn’t standard protocol. The team came, partly exchanged the bed (was pointless reassembling the base/desk which was fine) they identified it’s a fault with the design of the bed itself and the piece that causes the unsteadiness, they reassembled a new top of the bed (the bed itself) and still the same wobbling issue which will only get worse as my child gets older.
Leanne from customer services then did some grafting her end and was able to offer me a full refund and advised I can keep the bed if I wish. Annoying that the bed wasn’t structured/designed well but Leanne gets a 10/10 from me

I have recently bought 4 dining chairs from Julian Bowen and had an issue with 2 of them. I can honestly say the helpful, prompt and excellent customer service l have received from Leanne in particular has been second to none and has made the issue l had with my chairs completely incidental.

The Julian Bowen customer service department - particularly Chloe - have been nothing short of exceptional. The item ordered (a campervan bunk bed) is also of extremely well made. I cannot recommend enough.

I spoke with Leanne P in Aftersales after we'd moved house and lost some of the connectors to our (now quite old) bed. She asked I send over a photo of one of the remaining ones to see if they still had them... though they didn't, Leanne offered to send up some they thought might be compatible & I only had to cover postage. All sorted in a couple of days. And the newer parts did the job, too!

From my first contact with the company and Leanne in particular I couldn't have asked for greater help in sourcing the bed slats I needed. A very pleasant experience all found

I had already requested a delivery date for a nest of tables I’d purchase through Next. Circumstances changed and I now wanted to bring this date forward.
With the initial help of Next and then Freya from Julian Bowen, the process to make the change was completed within a couple of hours, which far exceeded my 24 to 48 hour expectations.
Freya’s communications were extremely professional, friendly and easy to understand.

Had a problem with a table leg that was unable to be fitted, spoke to Leanne on the Monday afternoon and the replacement arrived with us on Wednesday (Job done).
Excellent customer service, Leanne was very helpful and professional.
