Fantastic company to deal with. I had an issue with leaking boots & have been offered a replacement pair with no hesitation. I received a speedy response to my emails & would definitely purchase again from this company.

I’ve placed several orders now and been very happy with the service. My first order was slightly delayed but when I called up the lady to who took the call couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended!

Very good customer service. Quick responses.

I ordered a pair of riding gloves on Thursday night and they arrived on Monday morning. So pleased with the speedy delivery. The gloves are high quality - Mark Todd, and the thinsulate lining makes them feel warm. Would highly recommend this company.

Very helpful! I was after a certain pair of riding boots in a wide calf, which had been sold out everywhere. Contacted these and they got back to me straight away and managed to get me a pair in within a few days! Excellent service, highly recommend. Also ordered a bridle and both arrived within a few days

Amazing experience start to finish. Delivery was so fast and products were of high quality. Items didn’t fit so had to return and there was an issue with tracking during return. The customer service team was so kind and dealt with professionally.

Ordered a dog collar at 3:30pm on a Friday and had it before 10am the next day. I’m not even sure how they did that. Amazing. And the collar is fab.
