I had a previously purchased Kallati diamond ring that I had been upgrading as I was able. I took advantage of the lifetime upgrade and started with 1/4 carat, then 1/2, then my recent upgrade to 1 full carat. The ring was gorgeous and the experience was smooth. LOVE my ring. Thank you Kallati!!

I had placed an order for a Tanzanite ring. What time is around it and when I received it, it was amazing more brilliant, then I expected. The quality of the stone is a great color, and the diamonds look like little flowers around it. I am so very happy.

Customer service is excellent. I was notified that my item was on backorder. The anticipated time of arrival would have been when I was away. I called to ask that the item be held until I returned from vacation. It the customer service agent who spoke with me was happy to honor my request. When I returned home, I called and they shipped the item right away. I appreciated the company working with my request.

I love the Kallati brand!! I found them on a cruise and have brought whilst onboard and via their website.
They have great options to trade up items, as long as you have your certificate, (which is the only reason I have marked them down on this occasion because I haven't had a certificate for my last item), but normally no issues.
I found deals on the website can be better than some I've had onboard, but also had a few lovely items from ship, that aren't available on the site (and it's always nice to try on). The only thing with buying online there is a shipping fee of £50, not that this has been a problem to have a stunning piece of jewellery.
Definitely would recommend buying some stunning pieces from this great company.

A diamond went missing from my ring just weeks after I purchased, so upset, not what you'd expect from high quality jewellery. I have never ever had this happen before in all the years I have been purchasing diamond rings. This does not give me much faith in this jewellery now, it is such a shame because the ring is beautiful and I was going to make this my go to jeweller and purchase more. I really wish they could help because I am so so disappointed.

Great people and wonderful jewelry

I had a very positive experience with KALLATI regarding having a ring resized. They have excellent communications both on the phone and via email. The work was completed quicker than expected.

I love Kallati Jewelry and the customer service is outstanding!

The customer service person, Mo, was superb. The only disappointment I have is that the quality of the tanzanite isn't as good as the ring I was trying to replace. I sent photos of the exact original ring which was deep purple and the one I got that was supposed to be a copy of the original is not as deep purple. A couple of settings on the tiny diamonds on the shank aren't smooth and catch on sweaters, etc. I am thrilled to have the ring back but wish it was closer to the original.

Kallati has shown what true expectional customer service looks like. I bought a Csarite ring at an event that a jewelry store was having and when they sized it they broke the stone. Kallati took the 1 of a kind ring back, made me a brand new ring with a larger Csarite stone for all the trouble. The quality of the ring was done with such craftmanship and precision on the finer details that I am their BIGGEST fan. The amount of communication and respect that I had received from Orly, Mo, Sandra and all involved in this unfortunate error on the jewelry stores part, was unprecedented.
