I've known about Kates Skates for years but this was my first purchase from them & unfortunately Autobahn Wheels aren't as well known as they used to be so it's quite difficult to find any products of their's especially in the UK, I was amazed when I discovered that Kates had an Autobahn shirt for sale & ordered it as soon as I could, The delivery was quite quick too as I ordered on the 30th July & it arrived on the 4th August in perfect condition I would definitely order from them again in the future

Spotted some unique trainers on Kate's Skates Amazon store. They didn't offer expedited delivery through Amazon so I ordered through their website instead. Arrived on time and they are a great pair of shoes 👟

Super speedy delivery

Delivered within 24 hours even though I asked for 3-5 days of delivery. Shockingly good service. There can be no better experience with an online store than that, especially aware from amazon.

Ordered a scooter throw Amazon and wasn’t delivered on time. Then they claimed it was damaged during transit and it took them ages to refund. Why should I be penalised for them not delivering an item. Customer service is a joke no response at all. Avoid these cowboys.

Terrible customer service. Ordered back in July 25 some skates for our 8 year old. She has done around 20 hours worth of lessons and the skates developed a "buckle" to the leather. When reaching out to Kate's skates for help with a faulty good less than 1 year old we just get radio silence. So now left with faulty skates and a disappointed daughter.

Dispatched quickly and arrived in great quality

Ordered on 29/12, said 2-3 day shipping. Contacted several times to find out when dispatch would be, received no response to 3 emails. Finally dispatched after dispute issued with PayPal only to send the wrong size and again not responding to messages through their “customer support”! Worst customer service ever and would not recommend anybody buy from this company.
