It's aggravating to have no alternative to watching AFL games without paying Kayo. It often cuts out, crashes my laptop or streams at very poor picture quality. It's loaded with commercials on top of the subscription charges. It's a garbage service.

Be careful when signing up with Kayo as we’re having major billing issues. They have taken $35 from my account but cancelled my account, and are saying they cannot locate my account although I have provided them the screenshots of my account, my active subscription and the money being paid to them numerous times. They have not been forward about their resolution for my issue, and their online support is quite lacking as they claimed they could find my account and would escalate it, however we’ve had no response for 7 days about how they will fix it. Been without a service I have paid for, for 2.5 weeks and have another amount coming out in a week, for a service they claim I don’t have and can’t find! Should’ve looked into the reviews as so many people are having issues with their service and money being taken even when they’ve cancelled and getting no help to get their money back! Reported to the ACCC and recommend everyone do so for their nasty work ethics and lack of customer care, it is effectively stealing from their customers. No issues for 2 years and now this, taken money! Absolutely absurd. Money grabbers. No support. Very unhelpful.
We then created a second account under my partners email to at least watch the footy while waiting for it to be resolved because they wouldn’t even reactivate my account for me and they billed us as we created it and then tried to take another $25 a week later! Like I said. Money grab.
If you have issues with Kayo report to ACCC because they clearly don’t care for their customers.

Very disappointed, I can stream many streaming services, Kayo must be aware how poor their service is

Genuinely, the worst apps / services online from any company I’ve ever experienced. I’m certain they’re Australian and actually makes me ashamed to be Australian. I have been to multiple social events where the common topic of conversation is how awful streamotion is. The biggest thing bonding Aussies at the moment is, is how bad our tech is.

The picture we get for the AFL is at times an absolute joke!! It is such bad quality that it becomes impossible to identify players. Very unhappy with the service of Kayo!

Inappropriate mature content advertisement during game. Streaming quality and content is great but they can’t advertise ED remedy during AFL game when family is watching. It is for the pilot.com.au advertising on 6th April 2024.

KAYO CHARGED ME TWICE (15/03/2024 AND AGAIN 17/03/2024). NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL.
I WANT MY STOLEN MONEY BACK AND I WILL THE FOREVER CANCEL, ASSUMING THAT THEY WILL LET ME.
I AM OPENING A NEW BANK ACCOUNT SO THAT THEY CANNOT STEAL MY MONEY AGAIN.

Unable to redeem paid for vouchers on the binge website. Support will not help.
Also, trying to stream anything on binge leaves you with either constant buffering or terrible quality.
I'd leave a 0 star review if i could.

What to watch a big game? Prepare for the buffering. Ruins the viewing experience. Fees go up, service still poor. They either don't know how to or refuse to fix the problem after years of these complaints

I paid for the UFC 298 PPV but they wouldn’t show it on my screen or register that I had bought it until the second last fight, when I had paid at the start of the main card. Because I didn’t think it was going to work, I had to rush to the local pub to watch the main event. While I was at the pub, I finally received an email telling me I bought the ppv and that it would work. Biggest rip off and waste of money. Better of streaming illegally for free than to pay these fools and miss out on the event .

I’d give this piece of crap no stars if I could. Never been able to watch a live steam on Kayo, (especially NBA) in Aus without buffering issues since forever. I have to switch to another live program and then switch back to “reset”the feed 10 times a game. The troubleshooting tips on their website are complete rubbish and there’s no other service that offers the sports I watch. Well done on monopolising the industry and charging increasing fees for a sub-standard service that primary school students could create whilst being bored during maths class. Raise your game and stop treating us like mugs.

No can’t improve an offshoot of kayo hence Foxtel snd Murdoch press. You cancel Kayo unawares that steam motion is still billing you on a monthly basis . Steam motion ( alias kayo sky ..) is impossible to get thru to . Cancelled via by my bank they warned that S.M could change names . Guess what now Hubbl . Kayo is not worth having .

I had previously joined Kayo for a first free month than cancelled - all OK. Then just streamed the freebies.
Then I paid for 1 month to watch basketball world cup and cancelled after that, again all OK, just watching freebies.
THEN.... Kayo sent me an email offering a free month. It had a link to "just follow" but definitely no offer code. So, I followed thew link - got to a screen that said enter your code if you have one, which I didn't so assumed I didn't need one and - GUESS WHAT?
They charged me $30!!!!
So far I've had numerous exchanges by chat and email to try and get a refund but with absolutely no success. They just keep quoting the terms and conditions insisting that I knowingly signed up to pay.
This seems to me either a genuine IT error where the code was left off the email or - a deliberate con trick to get people to sign up.
***UPDATE*** 12-Dec, after much persistence they finally admitted that the link in the email should have auto-generated a Voucher code but, was in fact, faulty. They are investigating and I am now more hopeful of getting a refund, watch this space…..

Horrible customer service for an ok service. I cancelled my subscription on the day it was due to renew as I only use the subscription during football season. Unfortunately they had already processed it on their end & instead of allowing a refund, they quoted terms and conditions and essentially valued my piddly $35 above treating a long term customer well. Very poor form...

Such a terrible stream site. I've tried to access Kayo so many times (and Binge which also uses streamotion technology) on two seperate brand new TVs (Samsung and Sony Bravia). I can't get passed the login activation page due to "Error in authentication, please try again". No other details offered. I've spoken with Kayo support, done every suggested step twice or more. Same issue. Every other stream site works on these TVs, Netflix, Spotify, Stan, YouTube, Prime. The only sites that don't are linked to streamotion. Maybe it's only compatible with Apple TVs, def not google play.

Tried to get subscription for my husband but kept getting error message. Had a chat and was told my system was infected and they needed access. Asked them to cancel and male said he would. Credit card charged and have second charge pending. Oh by the way- had no problem subscribing to another service.

I bought a month subscription for the sole purpose of watching the rugby World Cup quarter final (South Africa v France). I assumed that all providers would be showing the game since it is such a big one! But Kayo weren’t!! When I explained the situation to them they refused to provide me with a refund which is completely unacceptable. Won’t be doing business with them anymore and neither should you!

I pay full subscription to this. Been overseas two months didn't cancel it, login today to watch the footy, ok it didn't work cus I'm not in Australia, bought a dozen different vpns, go to kayo and it finally worked with one but i get this bloody annoying message that they can "detect my VPN". Is this where they spend all their gambling revenue on region blocking to block poor c**ts like me from watching games on my phone. F****
