Kayo is okay still but since they got rid of Bein Sports I wanna watch Ligue 1 for soccer and now I can't. bein Sports on my PC sucks as I did subscribe to them but has terrible quality and lags, While they were with Kayo it had good quality and never lagged once. I canceled Bein Sports and with Kayo I stopped the subscription and I'll move on.

Try several times to log into Binge each time given a code when I tried logging in they kept changing the code.
Hopeless

I get an error message access denied. Prevents me from contacting Streamotion to get it fixed while they continue to charge me. Maybe when I stop paying they will help.

Two months have gone by since I cancelled and they have still charged me both months, seems like a very poorly managed service for the price

Our Kayo kept continually buffering and we were unable to watch it .. started a conversation on the chat line and was told ONE OF OUR TECHNICIANS will contact you, which he did and told me I needed better security on my computer and I needed to pay $299, I asked him if this would improve Kayo reception and he said YES.. a hour later and after all weird requests I was asked to do with my television and computer the "technician" said he was unable to fix the Kayo issue. This is a SCAM, all that money for nothing but Kayo have no interest in listening to my complaint or trying to rectify this scam .. we cancelled Kayo the next day ..

Kayo has to be the worst streaming service in Australia.
I have 5 other streaming services and none of them are anyway as bad as Kayo.
Kayo freezes, locks up, drops its definition so bad you can't see what you're watching.
And obviously Kayo and Streamotion don't give a damm!

25 June 2023 watched 3 NRL games today and had to refresh at least 2 times each game. Streaming quality is disgraceful if not borderline criminal for a service I am being charged for. I would rate it zero if I could.

Would give o stars if possible. Had a kayo subscription for a month in 2022. Cancelled it before end date. However unbeknown to me Streamotion were taking money from my account for a subscription during the time I had one and not authorised by me. I always do my subscriptions through apple services. Have all the documentation and proof now they are ignoring my emails. Of course they are unable to find details of my legitimate subscription. I am owed quite a bit of money.
Would never deal with them again. Very poor and frustrating only having email contact. Their complaints department is very dodgy.

Absolutely atrocious. Never been so disappointed.
At least half the time the app was down.
Now overseas for extended period and not only doesn’t it work but you can’t even log onto their website to unsubscribe.
Will be complaining to somebody? It’s blatant robbery.

Terrible platform, constant buffering and streaming issues, most expensive streaming service and I still need to see advertising, REALLY!!!

Very poor! I got a free 12 month subscription from Kayo sports from a friend so I setup the subscription then 5 months into the 12 month subscription Streamotion/Kayo cancelled the subscription so I get onto Streamotion about this and tell me I have no subscription with Kayo so I leave it as is and all of a sudden Streamotion is deducting $30 from my bank account for a subscription they cancelled on me yet now the 12 months is up they are now charging me for an account they cancelled. I will never again sign up with any App associated with Streamotion as I had the same issue with Binge who are connected to Streamotion

Kayo has a major email / chat issue with initial costs and ongoing subscription cancellation. I had cancelled the unwanted Kayo subscription 6 months earlier in September 2022 through their 3rd party supplier and Kayo still deducted an initial payment in April 2023 without my knowledge or permission to access my credit card.
The Kayo support staff keep ignoring your position, issues, comments and questions and just keep referring to their position, I highly DO NOT recommend Kayo to anyone,as their customer service to you is non existent.

I couldn’t watch an AFL game live, spending two hours with chat support to problem solve it, only to be told at almost the final siren that there is a known issue with Chromecast, which they knew from the outset I was using! No apology either, because they would need to investigate further as to whether this was the problem I was experiencing!! When will we get a decent competitor in this space for occasional sport watchers…

Horrible app, recent update has made it glitchy and unworkable, im going to use other options i.e nrl website and 9 now subscription to hopefully watch games i want to.

I tried to watch a Rugby League preseason game tonight and the constant buffering made it unwatchable. I used two different ISPs, Telstra & Amaysim with the same result using both services. Other streaming services working perfectly. Reading review sites this seems to be the norm for this third rate service. Perhaps Mr. PATRICK RAYMOND DELANY, 4 Broadcast Way Artarmon, NEW SOUTH WALES, 2064 Australia, the listed principle of Streamotion Pty Ltd (KAYO's parent company), could provide a response to all of the dissatisfied customers (approximately 90% of all respondents on two well known review sites).

Email address was changed had to reset password constantly and they don't want to remove my account big security issues with streamotion

Been ripped of for 5 years how stupid am hi can't contact these robbers.

Wasn’t alerted when my free 2 month gifted subscription was then to be charged. Cancelled on the day of charge tried to get a refund they denied it

Stolen funds via Streamotion. They continued to direct debit money for months after subscription was cancelled. Then made me prove it and were very unhelpful. The app is unstable and crashed my TV. The ACCC will be in touch and hopefully fine them heavily. Never use this company.
