Why is KAYO using another name? KAYO has turned into crap! They go wrong at the worst possible times and then make you login using the Fu#$ing remote! One more month, that's all.

Very disappointed with the misleading nature of their recent 14-day 'free trial' promotion. Constantly buffering and low quality. Their live steam quality is totally sub-par, especially for a premium service charging $25 per month. Time for Kayo to step up and offer a real 4K service. Do not subscribe until they provide better. Kayo really needs to up their game. You have been warned.

Got charged a fee after I had unsubscribed from their site. Their response was to contact apple as it was their problem and the system never created an account for me. A lot of back and forth and now having to deal with apple to try and get a refund.

Kayo could have revolutionised the way we stream sport in Australia but instead they decided to stick to the same old dodgy business model that Foxtel has stuck with for years. If Foxtel didn't have a hand in Kayo I'm sure it would have been great but in reality its such a disappointing service.

For $25 a month you will get terrible quality streams, constant buffering, live channels with a delay of up to 3 hours, malfunctioning Chromcast streams and lack of smart TV support.

1. I have a 100mbps NBN connection and Kayo is the only app I have that constantly buffers. Once you restart the app it magically works again.

2. The streaming quality is subpar at best. There is no way I have watched a HD quality stream in the 6 months I've had Kayo, at best its 1080p but most of the time its 480p which in 2019 is completely unacceptable. I can watch Netflix and Plex in 4K quality so why cant I even watch a 1080p stream on Kayo?

3. The app is rubbish, takes way too long to load, its poorly laid out and there is an annoying bell that dings every time you start the app and because the app constantly malfunctions you need to restart it to fix it the bell is the only thing I hear from the app.

4. You have to toss a coin when it comes to deciding if you're going to watch the live channel or select the actual game/event you want to view because 1 or the other won't be right. For example often the live NRL channel isn't live at all, its playing the previous game or program and sometimes when you press "from live" on the event you want to watch it will play the previous game. Today I wanted to watch the Eels v Raiders game "from live" and it played the Manly v Titans game.

5. It takes 5-10 minutes for the app to realise there is a Chromecast option. It just sits on the screen greyed out. Every app on my phone displays the cast option instantly so its defiantly a Kayo option.

6. Seriously, where is the smart TV support? It's 2019.

As I said, Kayo could have been amazing and I was so excited to use it at the start of this football season but it has been nothing more than a frustrating disappointment. For $25 a month I have decided to go back to just watching the FTA games on Channel 9. At least I am able to watch a full game in HD quality without having to restart the app 6 times per game or event.
