Amazing costumer service we were great by James at the Lincoln store. He was lovely very professional never pushed us to buy anything and was honest about delivery times on products and just went above and beyond with making sure we found the sofa for us. Such a lovely experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Helpful staff in store that ensured we got a sofa the suites out needs. Listened when we told him of styles we didn’t like. Wasn’t too pushy but was knowledgeable and friendly. Really smooth transactions and not a huge lead time (about 6 weeks). Sofa arrived and it perfect. Delivery was excellent, on time and professional. Tyler and Nath placed it nicely where I wanted it and took all the wrapping away. They were in and out in no time.

Staff very helpful, but not pushy. Early days, but suite appears very well made and very comfortable.
3 hour Delivery window given a week before (excellent, and rare these days in my opinion). Delivered in less than 2 weeks! Would certainly use again

KC Sofa’s at Lincoln were great when we were looking to buy. Happy to leave us to look around but offered good advice on size & styles. Sofas have arrived & we love them. Very competitive prices & delivery guys were also super helpful.
