Showroom is exceptionally neat, you can tell they have pride in their workplace, the staff are polite, helpful and friendly, I didn`t want a manual recliner chair but wanted a single chair to match the lazyboy i was buying, few phone calls later and an electric recliner was found in another store, superb place to get your sofa

We visited the Barnsley showroom and dealt with Joanne who was fantastic! There was no pressure, and she went through all the options with us, helping us build our dream sofa. Joanne was so friendly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

My experience started wit Dean not at all pushy waited for me to make my mind up. Helped by showing the difference between the two styles I was looking at. Then when it was delivered by Nath and Tylersuch pleasant young men nothing was too much trouble for them. Great service all round .

We ordered a 4 seater, 2 seater and a love seat in the Fantasy range, from the Worksop branch.
We were kept up to date on the delivery times, which were exactly as stated in the store.
The sofas exceed expectations. The colours are fantastic, and match my room decor very well. They're extremely comfortable, and they look amazing!
The delivery guys (Nath, Kami & Sam) were great too. They set the sofas up exactly where I wanted them. They were very polite, very quick, and very professional too. A real credit to the company.
All in all, a great purchase, and we'd highly recommend you to all.

Service in store from Steve was excellent. He asked what we were looking for and gave advice. As majority of sofas were upstairs, he ensured that my husband was able to use the stairlift. He was extremely knowledgeable about each sofa we looked at.
The delivery was just as excellent. Nath & Kami were very careful bringing the furniture in, legs were put on quickly and they removed all packaging.

It was a pleasure to receive such good service from start to finish. There was plenty of helpful advice and information without any pushy sales pitch and everything went exactly as expected. The booking of delivery was very good and staff extremely accommodating. The delivery itself was faultless, Kami and Sam are very competent and a credit to the business.
