Absolutely fantastic firm to purchase from the minute we walked in Dean was there to great us, very quick as I knew what I liked from just their website, very friendly, sat on the sofa I liked, nothing was to much trouble, then delivery day came, they rang to say a time then the delivery drivers Nathan & Cami turned up and we'll what can I say so very polite & friendly, placed everything were we asked, checked everything over, polite goodbye and off they went, top quality service throughout and a credit to the company. When ordering we was told 4 - 6 weeks delivery. After chasing with several calls and email later, we have now been told it's not arriving to depot until 25 March the delivery after that. It seems after it has been ordered by
ourselves the after sales is very poor

James was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were a long time choosing our new furniture but at no time was put under any pressure. Relaxing atmosphere and a brilliant choice of seats. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new sofas. All the settees look to be of a high quality and the showroom is well stocked.

Great staff attentive and knowledgeable, helpful in every way but not pushy. Good fast and on time delivery, can't find anything to complain about , have recommended you to many friends and family. My 86 year old sister in law has already brought a Lazy-Boy after trying out ours.
