The guys who delivered my new Sofa were so patient and polite even though it was very awkward to get the Sofa into my home ,they never complained and was cheerful the whole time ,They also made sure I was completely happy with my purchase before leaving ,You have two great ambassadors for your firm ,and I shall definitely be coming to your firm for future purchases

We visited KC Sofas Lincoln after going to the big sofa sellers,and couldn’t believe the difference.
No hard sell, just plenty of help without the push.
We wanted 2 x 2 seater power recliners
We saw Mike the first time and he showed us lots to get where we wanted to be. After going home to measure up we returned and saw James. We told him what we wanted, but we weren’t sure about the heated seat, and headrests. His immediate reply was that we could get the sofas without and save us £200.
That’s what I call good service,a salesman saving me money.
Needless to say we ordered them and as we don’t want then til March2026 he said no panic when they come about mid Feb ,they will store for 3mths. Hopefully delivery and everything else will match the service we got on our initial visit

I have now taken delivery of our Laz-e-boy Bella power recliners.
I was given a delivery date and time of between 11am and 2 pm
I got a phone call at just after 11am telling me they were 15 minutes away. The delivery lads,Tyler,Sam and Nath were fantastic. They unboxed everything in the van, then brought it all in very carefully, assembled the sofas, put them where we wanted, gave a full demonstration how everything works, and then cleared everything up. Left us clean,tidy and very satisfied. Well done to them, they are a credit to you.
It’s a pity the big national companies are not like K C Sofas.
Spending money is never nice,( well not to me), but this time we considered the whole buying and delivery a pleasure. Keep it up you are great. Thankyou.

Everything from walking into the showroom to the suite been delivered was so easy and stress free. Thanks to Joanne for all the help choosing the right suite and then thanks to the delivery team Charlie and Kami they did a great job unpacking and setting everything up and placing them where we wanted them. A very big thank you to everyone will certainly recommend and visit you again.

We bought our sofa from the Castleford branch and the guys were so helpful, the delivery team Tyler, Kami and Nath were also very good.

Had my sofa delivered today by KC sofa's and the lads were second to none, unpacked my sofa on the drive and flattened all the cardboard for me, assembled the sofa and showered me how to disassemble if required, 1st class service wel done Tyler, Kami & Nath 👍👏👏

From entering their shop in Castleford you could tell that they were good at what they sell. Answered any questions that we had. From start to instalation friendly & helpful. Wo8ld highly recommend this company if your looking for a new suite.

Great experience. Our first time using KC Sofas. Friendly sales assistant in the furniture store and the delivery chaps were great and really friendly too. A perfect service all round. Much better than the larger franchise stores. Previous bad experience with those led us to use this smaller local business. It was the best decision.

My elderly disabled father bought a sofa for £2000. A reclining one. Beautiful sofa, however seven months later it broke. We rang the no and were told we would need to pay £80 for someone to simply look at it and then they would decide if it had broken or if we had broken it. (Disabled pensioner remember!!!) so I went into the shop to ask if this was true. Was told absolutely not and here was a no to call. Called the no to be told it’s £80 check your terms and conditions. (Bear in mind. The sales staff didn’t even know about this charge!) so I looked at the terms and conditions to which it says in small print a £40 charge to look at it.
It’s a seven month old sofa used by one elderly man who can’t walk very well. Mis sold and then lied to.
The sofa has now been looked at by someone else and you can clearly see it isn’t our fault it’s broken. My dad is past trying to get this complaint to do anything more. Disappointed and I wouldn’t waste your money here. Dfs has a better post sale policy.

Steve was very informative about the furniture that is for sale, go out of there way to be helpful, friendly and polite, also the delivery was earlier than expected which I was happy about and delivered by Tyler, Nathan and Sam who were also polite, helpful and really nice people.
