Seem to have a great range but found the staff to be exceptionally unhelpful. I'd recommend looking on the internet instead, the same advice i was offered by the shop staff when trying to purchase a circular saw and guide rail.

Purchased a metabo ts 254 table saw from Kelvin tools, and i have to say the service was first class.
I was concerned to buy the updated model and this company was the only one advertising this fact.
I am very pleased with my purchase, the saw is first class and excellent value for money, I set the saw up and only had to correct the rip fence which was marginally out, and have been more than happy with it since.
My tips, read and understand the instructions, and purchase from Kelvin tools.

Spent the best part of £500 on a new Panasonic multi tool has been playing up for ages only got around to contacting company now (didn’t register my bad) but have receipt. Only a few days out of warranty Told there is nothing can be done.!! Not a good experience would not be using again.

###As a reply to kelvin power tools response I have contacted Panasonic direct and they have honoured the warranty without any problems don’t see how this couldn’t have been sorted by supplier, seems like they just couldn’t be bothered.

Just had my DeWalt 1st fix gun repaired, it’s now firing better than when it was new. Fast and efficient service from start to finish, (1 week turnaround). Great job will definitely use again. 👍🏻

I had an issue with the product, but their support contacted me and sorted it out in a very short time. Sometimes seals being open in order to remove the charger or battery, because you choose to buy it without these components. This sounds fair to me. Products are new and undamaged.

First time I have bought from kelvin tools, I purchased a alfra mag drill, I have used these drills on hire for years occasionally and decided to buy one, iam so pleased with drill top quality for the price, I really like the power lead very long and flexible, to top it off excellent case as well, the drill was advertised with a keyless chuck but came with a keyed chuck, iam not disappointed with that as this is made in Japan and is a quality chuck I can live with that, fast delivery. I would recommend this company.

I bought a metabo mitre saw from these guys on a Friday at around 3pm. Woke up Saturday morning with a text from dpd stating parcel will be there before 10am. What an incredible company great price and service. A lot of companies use covid as excuse for slow delivery not this company will look on their site before buying any more tools.

I have not used Kelvin tools before but wanted to buy local to me, very good website and all the items in stock that I wanted and good prices, I was kept up to date by email for next day delivery which was advertised on there website, all items were well packaged and delivered on time, very impressed and definitely will be buying again from Kelvin power tools...,👍

I had ordered a new Bosch multi tool, have arrived with an broken factory fitted seal, tapped back by them. They have refused to take it back unless pay the return charge, the broken seal was not stated on their website when purchased. Very bad customer service as well.

I bought 3 boxes of paslode nails from these guys on a saturday. It got delivered on the tuesday. It was a very good price price on the net, with an excellent choice and good stock levels. I got an email advising delivery slot/time, all in all.....an excellent experience. thanks

I gave the store a call on Friday afternoon as the battery charger for a Bosch tool I'd purchased from them was showing an error.
Absolutely hassle free call, no drama and I received the replacement charger the very next day, yes, on a Saturday!

I spoke to a very helpful guy at Kelvin Power tools and within a minute he had me sorted. the power tool was delivered at 09.57 am the very next day as promised and I could not be happier. all of my order was well packed and protected from Scotland to Wisbech in less than 24 hours what more could you ask for. thanks guys at Kelvin power tools I will deffo buy from you again.

We bought a generator from Kelvinpowertools and it was delivered on time the next day, even with all the current issues with lockdown!
