I odered a Jacket for my son, the delivery never came, both times i was at home when the delivery supposedly was attempted to be delivered. I emailed Kids Cavern they said they would re send the jacket and never did, they refunded the jacket but still made me pay for the delivery. I have spent £1000s at this place, I used to travel to Liverpool before they even opened in Manchester since 7 years, I am very disappointed with the level of service they have provided me.

Cruelly farmed feel fur products
I cannot believe you stock amd sell children’s items featuring real fur from what you describe on the labels as “fur farms”. This is morally and ethically outrageous and I will never enter your shop again. I am also going to make sure all my friends know what you sell.
