I have ordered two pairs of boots on…
I have ordered two pairs of boots on Black Friday sale , only been sent one tracking info and only one pair bas arrived. I have tried ringing no answer and have emailed but no reply. No idea where other pair is and if out of stock I will need to send other back as it is for my twins.

Out of stock …..!
Ordered Friday morning on Black Friday sales - email late today (Tuesday) to advise out of stock.
Why show as in stock?! Missed out on stock elsewhere now. Poor customer service. Had a bad experience back in 2019 and has reminded me why I haven’t shopped there since!

Ordered an item 12 days ago to receive an email the following day saying they had issued a refund reason being because it was out of stock, why not remove out of stock items? I am yet to receive a refund and no reply to my instagram message or email?

I received an order that was in unacceptable condition and the packaging was open and resealed and had torn labels all over it. Issue was not resolved as I required a brand new item boxed

Listing items as in stock online taking money for items that aren’t in stock that cost hundred of pounds then having to wait upto 5 days for a refund . Will not be shopping from here again
