Friendly and helpful. Helen explained our invoice which had caused some confusion.

This company seems more interested in collecting fees than addressing the legitimate concerns of its customers. Despite being a loyal client who has consistently paid fees for years, my attempt to report a faulty street light and request necessary maintenance has fallen on deaf ears. The street light has been broken for over a year without any resolution.

Moreover, numerous individuals have faced difficulties creating accounts to pay their bills, and reaching the company by phone seems nearly impossible. Even the emergency line proved unhelpful, as they refused to engage in any meaningful conversation and directed me to call during working hours, which is inconvenient for many people.

Additionally, my efforts to obtain a list of maintenance activities carried out in the estate where I reside went unanswered. This lack of transparency is concerning, especially given that I also own a flat managed by this company where similar issues persist without resolution.

In summary, it appears that the company prioritizes financial transactions over customer satisfaction and essential maintenance responsibilities, creating a frustrating and unresponsive service experience for its clients.

Update I have requested the above information again today and on multiple occasions, I was send a bill but not the information I requested .

Spoke to Helen this morning as I needed information on how to make a payment. She was very helpful explaining everything. Great service

Easy way to pay my bills and set up my account

I had an issue with the sale of my property. I spoke to Lisa on 3 occasions and found her very pleasant, professional, and competent. She took the time to explain what she was going to do,and on subsequent calls explained exactly what she had done. A very pleasant lady to deal with. A mention must also go to Helen who assisted me in the first instance, and also Chloe who sorted out the issue for me. Thanks to all.
